Excellent location in Viareggio. We chose this hotel over other ones because it's not on the main street where all the restaurants and bars are located. It's only one block away but a lot more quiet as there's not as much traffic running by as in the main street. The hotel is kind of old and the breakfast isn't great but the staff is friendly and the rooms are big and clean. There's wifi available but be aware that it isn't free. We were very happy with our stay though, good value for money and great location.

The room was not clean and very noisy during the night ( I should have asked for a room in the back of the bulding). The welcome area as well as the room look 70's and need restoration works. Price- quality ratio is fair, but for 10 € more you can find a better hotel in the same area. I suggest the hotel for very short stay and to family with small children because you have immediate access to the pediastran area.

The room was ok, but the air conditioning got turned off centrally at night, so no airconditioning at night! And I found the price much to expensive for what you got for it. Also the breakfast was very dissapointing
