If you need a clean room at a good price for a one night stopover, this hotel is perfect. It was a little hard to find at night, but once we arrived, we were very pleased with the service and accommodations.

We stopped over in Verona on a longer journey north by car. Hotel very easy to find from the motorway and equally easy to drive into Verona from the hotel and park for sightseeing. Would stay there again even if visiting for longer.

Camere pulite e spaziose.Ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo.Adatto soprattutto per chi e' di passaggio e comunque per arrivare in centro e' preferibile avere un mezzo.

The hotel is very good. When we asked to change to a non-smoking room, they provided us with an even better room. The only downside of this hotel is that it's far from the center of Verona and also far from a bus stop. You need to go by cab.

The hotel surroundings wasn't very interesting, near by the highway but so far from the centre of town; the room was very clean. Bad quality and poor buffet breakfast. The staff was not so kind and absolutely not professional.

It is what it is: a business-person style hotel very near a major highway. Available maps, however, don't seem to include both the hotel and the major attractions at the town centre. The Roman forum and the castle by the river are wonderful sites but DON'T go there unless you can clearly see your way back on a decent map. Fortunately the dining room had a very good buffet going when I eventually returned.

the hotel is good for business trip or to have a base for move, is near to the autostrada exit verona sud. The restorant have a discrete quality but limited selection and the price are high compare the service and the food. In the restourant room are normally present people alone, a television can help to stay there.

The hotel was so easy to spot from the Auto strada, but a little complicated to get there. Rooms very clean, quick check-in and easy access to beautiful Verona. The advice given at the reception was great. Breakfast can be improved. Sud Point was good for us, family of 2 adults + old child.

Hotel is located at the Verona Fiera area, about 20 minutes on bus from the historical center. Not a big problem having a car. Complications on sunday because the bus line does not run. The hotel has a big and free parking lot. Putting all together, it is a good choice to visit Verona for a couple of days.

very clean hotel, near to the highway, excellent for short overnight stay, a little bit noisy, because of the close highway, the surrounding is industrial and not very nice!

This is a clean comfortable hotel, well worth its 3 star rating. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly in the dining room, and the evening meal was excellent. My ensuite had a shower but no bath, so ask if that's important to you. It's in the district of the Fiera, somewhat industrial, very handy for the motorway, but if you are visiting historic Verona you will need to drive or taxi to the centre. Breakfast was a good buffet but not cooked. Overall good value.

The room we stayed in was situated at the 4th floor and it was a room of four. It was ok as for the space and it was clean. We had the breakfast included, it was a little dull, same food and not a wide variety. We had one other problem, while we were away, we found a bottle of water from the minibar opened and we payed it, although we hadn't touched it. We didn't make much fuss about it.

Poor quality beds, the 3rd bed was not even full length. The secure underground parking gates were not working and the impression was that they had not worked for some time. The receptionist told us that there was no internet connection in the room and that we would have to go to another address for this. When shown the paper listing this as one of the facilities of the hotel she told us how to access it through the telephone line - not exactly a helpful member of staff. There was a general lack of maintenance in the hotel such as light bulbs not being replaced - it felt as if nobody was particularily interested in looking after the hotel. During our 3 week holiday this hotel charged the highest nightly rate and it was overall the worst place we stayed at. We certainly would not recommend it!

Location of the hotel is very convenient for those who are arriving from highway. If you wanted to get there by train or bus, you would be probably out of luck. Getting to downtown of Verona is same case. Hotel is quite comfortable, and nicely furnished. Just the bathrooms could look a bit better, and in my room the shower drain seemed somewhat cloghed (resulting in overflow of water to bathroom floor). Otherwise everything was just fine with the room. What isnt clearly stated here is, that you actually have to pay for use of tv. Breakfast is standard continal buffet, and I cant complain about it. Just having labels next to juice jars wouldnt be bad idea. Parking area isnt that "huge". It would be enough for about 20 or 30 cars at most. I didnt see the garage though. Here I must warn you. By no means park your car under the trees in middle of parking lot. I did, and in the morning I found my car covered with something sticky. Some juice or something. I had hard time to get it off the car. Very hard time. What is really bad hotel is what surrounds it. Warehouse, wild growing plant lot, and illegally disposed trash. Typical image of Italy as you wont see it from advertising, but as it really looks like in places where tourists dont appear. You can evade it though by not looking much out of the windows. If you do not, you will be satisfied. If you want to get downtown by car, and dont mind a bit of walk, I advise you to park your car at Porta Palio. There is large parking lot which is free of charge for anything smaller than bus.

I had to fly to Verona because I'd missed my flight to Bologna. Booked the accomodation last minute at the airport and my plane was delayed so i didn't arrive at the hotel until 1:30am. The man on the desk was very friendly, looked up train times for me for the morning which was a great help. My room was great, spacious and clean, good bathroom, very quiet and seemed quite cheap for Verona at the time - much cheaper than Bologna! It was a 10 euro taxi to the train/bus station, under 10 minutes. In all I was very surprised at how good it was for the price, there was also breakfast included in the morning though I didn't have time to take it. Would recommend for a stay in Verona, though I wasn't doing any sight seeing, so am not sure how viable it is for seeing the city.

The hotel was clean. The room on the first floor was quiet what about other guests, but very noisy what about traffic of a very near motorway. What about breakfast it should be nice to enlarge kinds of offered foodstuff.

The hotel was quiet, clean and not too big. Our room for 4 was spacious enough, contained recent furniture, and was soundproof for any exterior noise. The doors could be more solid, to also keep noise from the occasional late corridor talkers outside, but that only occurred once in the four nights, and not for long. Breakfast was modest, but good, with nice bread, croissants and excellent coffee. Monday morning seems to be special in Italy, though, the bread was not fresh then. There is nothing at walking distance from the hotel, but we wanted an excursion spot for Verona, Venice and the Garda Lake, and therefore the location close to the A4, with free and safe parking, was excellent. The hotel personnel was very friendly and helpful, and mastered English quite well. We would stay there again.

Well, I spent only two nights in this hotel which wasn't too much time but I can only say that I was extremely satisfied with Sud Point because for 80 euros per night (for a double room)I really got everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was really kind, the cleanliness and furnishing of the rooms was comfortable and really good. As to the location of the hotel I have to say that for me it was an ideal selection because I needed a hotel close to the highway and it really is!! (But you can't hear the noise of the traffic!!)Maybe for someone who wants to be close to the downtown it wouldn't be the best hotel. I had a good stay there!!

remark: noise level in rooms was only average for my indications as there was intensive maintenance level in the ground level and my room was on the first floor. So the relaxing between a long car trip and the opera performance in the evening was not the best one.

Very nice hotel. The map is very misleading - don't even consider walking from the main train station (a cab is about 10 euros, a bit more from hotel to downtown Verona).

Major disappointment: that the restaurant was not open to us two of the six nights we stayed there (used for other purposes). We had counted on eating at the hotel every night, when we were tired after an active day. This should ABSOLUTELY be mentioned on the web side! This especially since the hotel is located "in the middle of nowhere" - best described as an industrial area. We were rather disappointed by the ugly surroundings - had hoped for something at least a little more beautiful, even though we were aware of the freeway running just past our window. A practical problem was the poor language skills of the staff - both at the reception and in the restaurant. In a 3-star hotel you would expect the staff to speak English and/or German. But most of the staff members did not speak any foreign language at all. They understood a little, but it made communication difficult. Only one female receptionist mastered the English language to our expectations. (It helped that everybody were very nice and tried their best.)

Well run but impersonal hotel.Competent but unhelpful staff. The restaurant was closed for all but our last day there but no help was forthcoming when we asked advice on where else there was in the area(which was mainly industrial).
