A nice hotel. The breakfast served in the morning was okay, but not the best we have had, of course it was Easter Sunday, so maybe that was a factor.

We are very disappointed about this Hotel. The rooms were very small, the beds were very bad. I woke up every night with pain in arms and legs, because the bed was that hard. We had two single beds. The first night we couldn't close the curtains. A lot of noise during night time and the cleaning ladies started at 6 o'clock or something, which waked us up every morning. We paid way to much for this hotel. Last point: We thought we paid in advance for the hotel, but we had to pay by departure. That is very strange and feels very uncomfortable. I hope you can do something with this information.

This is a fine hotel for an opera performance attendance. It is a 1/2 hour walk thru safe neighborhoods for sightseeing. The hotel has a dependable shuttle for pickup after the opera. The restaurant was particularly good, reasonably priced and had very efficient service. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. I found a parking spot right in front, but their garage wasn't overpriced - good peace of mind. I would stay here again.

Reception staff very helpful. Bus service to Arena good (20-25 min walk or 10 Euro taxi otherwise). Pool was ok. Breakfast good (coffee average). Room itself was a bit tired. Overall would use this hotel again, esp. if needing car parking.

Lovely hotel not to far from city centre to walk. You can use the Verona card to use the bus, also. Luxury room, nice areas to sit, very good breakfast. A free shuttle bus is available to and from the opera every half an hour after 6pm. Great! Wished the pool was open more! Looked lovely with good lounging areas.

First stay; Bus service to the arena with late pick up was excellent. Pool hours were ridiulous. Bathrobe and towel carges are unusual with the selected room category. Dinner atthe hotel was ok.

A decent quality hotel quite close to the centre although not within walking distance for elderly/children. The shuttle bus arrangement for the Opera was efficient. Pool timings disappointing as restricted to 0900 - 1200 and an afternoon slot (from memory 1500 - 1900). Large airy breakfast room and reasonable choice from continental style fare. Staff efficient but not particularly warm, probably reflecting larger city/busy atmosphere. Outside parking limited and not controlled (i.e. one car had parked badly taking up 2 of the approx 9 spaces which caused me a problem) alternative offered was the EU9 underground parking only or find a side street. Overall though very acceptable.

Great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was great and services in the hotel also. Provided a free shuttle bus into town and back in the evenings, but its only a 20 minute walk. Breakfast was great too. Would stay hear again for sure and recommend them highly.

The hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast poor and the staff not particularly helpfull. The position was within walking distance of town and we did not need to use public transport.

Nice hotel for a short stay in the town. 25 minutes walking to the historical centre. All hotel facilities in very good condition, nice, competent and English speaking staff. Good breakfast (you really have a chaoice - not just bread and coffe)!

We stayed in Verona 3 days and the hotel is in a very nice safe area outside the city.About a 30 minute pleasant walk but the adavantage is their is a bus stop directly outside the hotel so getting in and out the city is easy.We were in Verona for the opera and the hotel runs a free courtesy bus to and from the arena. We definitely would saty at the hotel again.

We found the hotel shuttle really useful as, although the hotel is a pleasant 20-25 walk from the main Piazza Bra,it`s a little to far when the lady is dressed for an evening at the Opera(high heels etc).Main taxi rank in Piazza bra is a bit shambolic when opera finishes so best to take a drink in one of the many bar/rest and get a taxi a little later. On subject of taxi`s,check your change!!!We thought that the hotel dining room looked a little bland, and this discouraged us from dining there. Maybe they are losing a little trade through this? Our room was v nice with an odd luggage scuff mark on the wall, exellent bathroom with hydro bath and full body shower, although the shower cubicle did leak rather badly, nice views from our balcony(room 418). If you are flying in ryanair from stansted there is a bus link that connects with the flight, departs Brecia 15.05 to Pora nuova railway station Verona, return departs Porta nuova 12.30. 11euro single 16 return, company is C G A,.ticket office in arrivals, service daily journey time around 45/50min.

Very good hotel, facilities excellent and well looked after. Room very comfortable and clean though slightly small. Location in town not the best but easy access to centre and does mean away from the bustle/noise of centre. Well worth staying at

Sehr gutes eigenes Restaurant, reichhaltiges leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. All kind of people: Familien, Geschäftsreisende, Paare... international.

Wonderful hotel with very nice amenities and a great breakfast. We used the dining room and service, food and decor were excellent. The walk to historic Verona is not well marked and took a half hour. However, we passed the church of San Zeno on the way and that should be visited.

Hotel is o.k., partly a little shabby and partly very modern and new. Very good and attentive room service! Convenient for visiting Verona arena - hotel provides free shuttle service to get to the opera performances.

Very efficient and friendly bus service between the hotel and the opera. The hotel is not really downtown, but nevertheless, attractive spots are in footwalk distance.

We were very disappointed by this hotel. No way was this a four star hotel, more like two! Our room was small and dark, very depressing. There were black out blinds which did not work properly . The room really needed an upgrade in terms of decoration. Towels and bed were good, bathroom was fine. Breakfast was ok and the staff were friendly. But the most disappointing aspect of our stay was the location. It was a 25 minute walk into the town having crossed Verona's ring road. Overall very bad value. Would not stay there again. We found a less expensive, bigger brighter and very central place to stay despite the fact that it was August and the height of the opera season.

A very enjoyable stay. The staff are very polite and accomodating. The hotel is just outside the main city of Verona but taxi rides are inexpensive and easily accessible. A courtesy coach is provided by the hotel in the evenings. The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent and very good value for money. The pool is very clean although it sits in the shade most of the day as does the lounging area around it. The train / bus station is only a short walk from the hotel so trips to Venice or Lake Garda are easy and very inexpensive.

The hotel itself is satisfactory, the streets surrounding are a bit dull and characterless. It was a bit surprising coming back after the opera to find just a night porter on, no bar open. It would have been nice to round off the evening with a chat with a few people and a drink/coffee. The man at reception did his best to look after people but it was obvious that it was not his main role. Other staff during the day were very helpful and friendly. The bus service to and from the opera was great.

We stayed in a deluxe room for two nights. It is very spatious and has a very nice bathroom with jacuzzi. These rooms must have been renovated recently. They didn't even haven the time to put some chairs on the balcony... But overall it was worth the money. The breakfast buffet was quite impressive for an italian hotel.

Overall a very enjoyable stay. Hotel provided free shuttle bus service to the Arena in the evenings which was very convenient. Its a bit out of the center which is the only downside of this place (aside from some staff that seemed a bit snobbish). Despite breakfast was scheduled to end at 10:30, the buffet and coffe was re-filled as long as people were sitting in the breakfast room! (Quality quite good by the way) Rooms are clean and spacious (we had one with a 3rd bed), although due to the furnishing they are brimming with the charme of the late 70s. The Pool was quite small, and only limited amount of beds there. The Garage is quite challenging for bigger cars, but there were enough lots. Unfortunately didnt have enough time to check out the Spa facilities.

The pool is lovely though not picturesque. The food was surprisingly good but eat outside as the restaurant is a bit like a school canteen. If you know Verona and our happy to just go in in the evening for shops eating and opera it is very relaxing and pleasant, but too far out for sightseeing.

Third party booking process was a hassle and the agency representative was minimally knowledgeable with regard to the facility. The hotel clientelle appeared to be primarily business people. The front desk staff was quite nice, patient, and helpful. Check out the massive market on Saturdays at the soccer arena.

The hotel was very much as I had expected based on what I had seen on the Internet site, which was very pleasing and the hotel itself was better value for money than I had expected to find. The room itself was particularly pleasing and the service fine.

A very good hotel with friendly staff in a quiet street in verona about 10-15 minutes walk from the railway station. However, there was not much of interest in the immediate vicinity. In summary, I would recommend the hotel for anyone with their own car who was looking for a quiet time.
