Outstanding! The staff was very nice, the rooms was amazing and the location and the view were outstanding. Price was also very fair.

A very nice clean hotel. It's only downside is that it is well out of the way from Pallanza or Intra and you HAVE to get a taxi. There is ample parking at the Hotel, so space for Hire Car is no problem, but if you want to go out for a meal and a drink, then you are looking at €15 x 2 for taxi's alone to get you in and back from Pallanza and €10 x 2 to get you in and back from Intra. Be wary if travelling to Zust and following lake side drive from Pallanza. The road actually stops and turns into a one way system, so you have to travel north to eventually travel east again. Also, there is a little noise generated from the road adjacent to the hotel, but this is only really heard if it is raining.

La dame qui nous a reçu était très sympathique et nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux. La chambre était spacieuse et nous avons beaucoup aimé la vue sur le lac. Même s'il ne faisait pas beau ce séjour était très agréable.

Our stay was very agreeable, from the welcoming to the departure we have a holidayfeeling. We had a very comfortable room with sea view. It's the best to stay in the Residence Zust if you have a car for going out in the evening. In Verbania about 1,5 km you have all possibilities to wine and dine in comfortable restaurants, cafes and shopping in boutiques.

From Switzerland: Basilea-Tunnel Gottardo or San Bernardino-Ascona-Locarno-Cannobio-Verbania. Alternatively: Basilea-Berna-Lötschberg-Sempione-SS 33 del Sempione Exit Verbania. 0.93 miles after Verbania, you will find the hotel on your left.
From Milan: via the autostrada dei Laghi motorway, exit at Baveno, proceed to Verbania and 0.93 miles after Verbania, you will find the hotel on your left.

By train
The nearest train station is Verbania Fondotoce.

By airplane
From Milan Malpensa airport take the Alibus shuttle bus to Verbania.
