We had a room reaaly too close to the hall so that we could hear everything that was said on the phone or between the customers and the hotel manager. Really noisy so. Everything else was ok.

I was the first time in the Villa Tiziana. My four Year old son was travelling with me and felt as well. The rooms are ok, staff very friendly, classic italian breakfast, close to the beach, 3stopps from the ferry landing. Good starting point for city trips.

First time we went to Lido. Villa Taziana is a normal 3* hotel with basic accomodations. The employees were very friendly.

Villa Tiziana is strategically located close to the ferry boat (vaporetta) stop "Casinò", 2 min walking. Very easy to reach also from vaporetto stop "Lido", 5-7 min by bus, 15-20 walking. Warm welcome and ready to help personel. Particularly quiet rooms even if very close to one both of the main streets of the island. Ask the reception for suggestions about restaurant: you may be surprise of how good can be the suggestion!

We stayed three nights and had a wonderful time. Room was small, but we only showered and slept there. The shower was great. The personal was friendly and very helpful. We were first time vistors and they helped us a lot. I will go back.

We stayed there before in room 218 and that was uper, this time we were in 312 and had just enough space to walk around the bed, no space to put a case anywhere apart from on the bed. Bathroom was super. Beds have seen better days long ago and I have bent my back due to the bad quality. Will most possibly not go there again.

There was mold around the windows in our room. The amenity boxes in bathroom were mostly empty. They charged 5 euros for an extra cappuchino at breakfast. The first was so watery it was undrinkable. Noise from other rooms was very noticeable, particularly coming from bathrooms. Clerk at reception was rude. We found the hotel was overpriced considering it was off season, and condition of the rooms and breakfast. The desk clerk that was there in the morning was very nice.

We do NOT recommend you stay in this hotel! We could have chosen a cheaper hotel, but decided to pay a little more in the expectation of being in a better quality hotel. We were disappointed. On the second night we found bedbugs crawling up the walls - these are blood-sucking bugs which came from behind the fixed bedboard. We decided to check out and find another hotel. The management threatened to charge us for the full period that we had booked, until we explained the reason for our early departure. We still paid the full price of the nights we stayed. In general, there was a poor standard of cleanliness, and the breakfast buffet was also of a poor standard.

A very quiet and simpel hotel..situated in a small street!!We didn`t except this at all.But when you need a simpel place for bed and breakfast to start your day, it`s yust enough.Lido di venezia offers much and you can go to several places nearby ..that makes your holidays complete.

The hotel was great - just stayed 2 nights - so this small family-style property was perfect for us and there's a great restaurant nearby. Lido wasn't the ideal part of venice for us to stay in but we had the time to waste and saw lots more than we would normally.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly as the location was so good. We were away from the hordes of tourists in lovely surroundings and found it very peaceful with a good atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Venice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice. The holiday was straight forward from booking the accommodation over the internet to finding the hotel in Lido. We would definately go again and recommend it to others.
