Park Hotel Villa Giustinian - Mirano, Venice

Our room was right next to an office, so in the beginning we did hear quite a bit of noise. But, most of the time we were out and about, so it really wasn't much of an issue. The owner was charming and treated us very well. My husband and I loved our visit to Rome, and will treasure it dearly.

Very satisfied with my stay at Villa Giustinian. Great location to have holidays and visit Venice. Good value for money, complete rooms with airco, large clean swimming pool, large garden with places to sit and relax, very helpful staff lead by Gabriele, hotel manager. Hotel does not have a restaurant but they can make some typical Italian snacks like Caprese, Melon & Parma Ham, bruschetta. There is a bar with a decent selection of beer, spirits and wine. Additional info: Bus to Venice stops right in front of the hotel and brings you to P. Roma, main bus station in Venice. My advice buy a combi-ticket for bus and "il vaporetto" (Venice water bus) at the hotel. Also in front of the hotel "Cera una volta", local restaurant with good food and modest prices. Definitely will visit this place again this time for longer that just 2 nights.

I loved everything of this nice old italian Villa. Personals very nice and competent. Rooms are nice and comfortable, all very clean. Mirano is a nice place full of nice restaurants...

We where there for the second time, and I suppose it won't be the last time. Friendly staff, good breakfast, very nice park. Location is also great, by bus 30-45 minutes to Venice city centre. In front of the hotel very good restaurant, it seems one of the best in Murano because people from Murano go there by car.

Perfect accomodation, perfect price. Big rooms, excellent furniture, perfect surroundings. We had a very nice but much too short stay there.

This old home is located outside Venice in Mirano, which is about 45 min. from Venice. After we visited Venice, with all the crowds, noise, and people selling things, it was a nice treat to return to this quiet, gorgeous old home to recuperate. The bus stopped right across the street, which was convenient, plus we were able to obtain a seat on the bus as this stop was near the end of the line. We used the 45 min. trip to people watch! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous with a lot of trees, grass, flowers, statues, etc. There was actually a wedding reception there the afternoon that we arrived. We met the bride and groom and congratulated them. They only spoke Italian. The breakfast was more than adeaquate and in a beautiful dining room. The ambience of the B&B was wonderful.

Nice place to stay to visit Venise at a good price.
