This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City. The tax only applies to the first 5 nights of a stay, and is collected at the property in cash. 50% reduction applies for 2011: from 1 November to 4 December and 12 to 22 December and for 2012: from 9 January to 3 February, 23 February to 31 March, 1 November to 2 December and 10 to 22 December.

After this deadline, in case of arrival later than agreed or departure earlier than agreed with reference to the booked dates, we shall charge 100% of the remaining stay. In case of NO SHOW you will pay the amount of the total booked stay.You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

Measuring up to 60 square metres, the five apartments can host between two and four guests.All are beautifully appointed and feature a bedroom, bathroom and living area. Some also boast a fully equipped kitchen.
Each apartment comes equipped with direct dial telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, heating, dial-up Internet access, satellite TV, safety deposit box and hairdryer.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE A daily housekeeping service (kitchen excluded) is included in the price; an extra charge of €30,00 will be charged daily if the kitchen needs cleaning. Access to the hotel Internet Corner is free of charge. How to reach La Calcina Suites
By carFrom Piazzale Roma, the closest point in Venice which is accessible by car, take a private water taxi (20 minutes) or take waterbus line n. 51 or 61 and get off at the Zattere stop (30 minutes). Turn right as you exit the waterboat and proceed for approximately 150 metres to the La Calcina Hotel.
By train
From the Santa Lucia railway station, either take a private water taxi (20 minutes) or take waterbus line n. 51 or 61 and get off at the Zattere stop (30 minutes). Another alternative is to take water bus line n. 82 and get off at Accademia (40 minutes), 100 metres from the property.
By airplane
There are several ways to reach the hotel from Venice's Marco Polo Airport: either take a water taxi (35 minutes), the ATVO Venice Air Terminal bus or a land taxi to Piazzale Roma then proceed via waterboat from there (45 minutes-1 1hour), or take the Alilaguna motorboat service to the Zattere stop.
