Nice. But facility is old and I don't know if it is well organized. Room is big but not so conferrtable.

The trip advisor accounts were very accurate. This was a great place and just minutes away from the hub-bub of Venice. Lido is a beautiful, quite, hide-a-way! The desk folks at the Laguna were uniformly cordial, informatative!

The Hotel is right next to the Vaporetto stop which makes it easy to get around and also the Alilaguna express goes directly from the airport right nex to the hotel, which ensures you dont have to lug your baggage far. The room was great with ensuite facilites, clean, tidy, enough space, staff were friendly and helpful, continental breakfast, in a room which had superb views towards San Marco. A great way to start the day. We had a superb stay and thoroughly recommend the Hotel Laguna.

We had a great stay at Villa Laguna. Everything was as expected. I had contacted the hotel via email a couple times before our stay to ask some questions, and received a prompt response each time. We loved the location right on the lagoon and the vaporetto stop located so close to the hotel was a huge plus. We didn't really like the amount of time it took to get from the vaporetto across the laggon to St. Marks Square, but we still enjoyed staying on the Lido, and this in no way was anything against the property itself. I would stay at Villa Laguna again...no question. Very courteous staff, very good restaurant, adequate breakfast included in our stay...really, no complaints at all.

We were four friends and we stayed for 4 nights and we had a wonderful time, the rooms are excellent and the staff are charming and very helpful, a few metres from the ferry terminal giving easy access to San Marco. We would recommend the hotel to anyone. The restaurant is excellent with beautiful views of the lagoon which you can also enjoy in the garden. Being close to the ferry stop is good but, unfortunately, can be seen from the garden. We loved it and want to return soon.

An outstanding and very personal small hotel, situated directly at the waterfront of the lagune, direct view to San Marco and just 150 m away from the vaporetto station directly to San Marco! Very nice and personal staff! We are a family with two kids 7 and 12 and got two juniorsweets door to door! We can recommend that hotel very much!

The Hotel Villa Laguna is an absolute joy! The location is perfect giving a break from the hustle and bustle of central Venice. We loved every single minute of our stay from the friendly informative welcome through the excellent spacious and tastefully decorated rooms (the view was also superb) to the professional and courteous staff and quality food and drink.

A wonderful hotel with wonderful views and easy access to the vaporetto. The only thing I could mark down was the fact that the hotel restaurant was closed. Given the limited number of restaurants open on the Lido at the beginning of March this did pose a problem. This would not deter me from recommending the hotel to anyone however. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

I only can sing hymns on the hotel. To be honest, this is the best 'small' hotel I've ever been. We stayed in a lagoon view room, which actually was an apartment - very well equiped with proper space and facility. We really loved the hospitality and attitude of the staff. Whole heartedly we could recommend it!! Mindenképpen jó választás!! Grazie mille!Kind regards, Barbi & Tomi from Hungary

Excellent hotel. We have stayed in many hotels in Venice and on Venice Lido over the years and this was the best by far when price is considered. Excellent rooms, great staff, Beautiful views from the balcony and the breakfast room. The lagoon view is well worth the extra cost. Will return here!

A wonderful hotel, but only in the good weather... When it was raining hard, there was a leak from the ceiling of our room. Hotel staff came to us and cleaned. But that's all. The hotel was fully booked at that night, and we couldn't change the room. We had to pay 210 Euro at that night, but we could have no discount. Breakfast is very typical italian style. The location of the hotel is super. It's very near from the ferry landing.

I like my holiday in Venice at Villa Laguna. It's a very nice and good located hotel. The location in Lido make's it a quiet and in the same time easy to reach hotel. The room were small enough but I think every hotel's room in Venice are the same or even smaller. It's very clean and quiet location. The room has no access to internet (or at least it had not when I've been there) and there is a small kitchen that costs 60 Euro extra to use. The breakfast was very gooood! And consistent - I think that it was meal for every taste and habitt. At last but not at least - the view from the breakfast room and from the terrace of restaurant - was beautiful. I really like to drink my coffe in the morning looking at Venice and lagoon.

This was a great place to stay. It's away from the craziness of Venice, yet directly next to the vaporetto drop-off on Lido Island. The continental breakfast was fine, however, their dinner is fairly expensive. For dinner, I suggest visiting any of the number of restaurants on the main street for great food, fun atmosphere, & much better prices. The staff spoke English, which was VERY nice & they were very helpful with suggestions, too. There is a beautiful beach about 10 minutes walking distance, which was another bonus.

This wonderful hotel is the most exciting experience in my trip. Excellent location, amazing breakfest, nice and helpful staff, spacious room, very clean and the unforgetble view before the hotel. I will surely return to the hotel if I have the chance to re-visit Venice.

Our room 107 was very warm. Air conditioning did not work and keeping window open was noisy from the road. But otherwise cannot fault this hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean, staff friendly, breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Would recommend and return!

We should not tell you how wonderful Hotel Laguna on the Lido near Venice is. We stayed at 4 different hotels during our stay in Italy and this BY FAR IS THE BEST. The room, although small was very clean, highly appointed and comfortable. It was located a short 10 minute water taxi ride away from the heart of Venice. The commute is easy and very enjoyable. The breakfast was much more than the standard Italian breakfast of cornflakes and croissant. It was a FEAST and included fresh fruits, muselei, proscuitto/salami, juices, eggs, and other wonderful treats. Yes, it also had the hot croissants and other breads. The restaurant although expensive by American standards was beautiful and romantic overlooking the bay leading to Venice. All of the 3 desk clerks we encountered were very helpful and spoke excellent English. Our room was overlooking the land vs the water and had limited views (it is what we paid for and were happy with the choice) and had a little noise in the morning from the busses outside the hotel. It was well insulated and really did not cause us a problem. We are already planning our next trip to Venice which is the most incredible city on earth and will definitely stay here again. PS, it is about 200 euros a night cheaper than comparable hotels inside Venice.

View of venice from breakfast room and gardens is outstanding. Location on Lido adjacent to water taxi station with frequent boats is ideal - better than being in a cramped hotel in Venice.

Great hotel with very nice staff and bombastic look over to Marcusplace. Very good isolated, we did not hear a single noise. And delicious breakfast! Also beautiful to sit in the evening outside and watch the sun go down over Venice.
