We stayed in Venice 2 nights and found the staff very helpful. Breakfast was very pleasant with seating outside near a small canal. One of our rooms overlooked a canal. Finding the hotel was not as hard as we thought it would be. Location was good. No elevators, so pack wisely. Our stay was very enjoyable in Venice.

We really enjoyed our stay there, the hotel was clean, and the staff friendly. The only criticism I have is that we were not given information about breakfast when we checked in.

Thoroughly enjoyed stay at hotel. All good, esp air-con. You do need a map to find it, but easy walk from Roma. A fairly long walk back from San marco, but easy on the bus.Ignore crass review posted on another site.

By car
From Piazzale Roma, take waterbus no.82 or n.1 to S.Marcuola and then head right along Strada Nuova for around 5 minutes on foot.

From Tronchetto, take waterbus no.82 to Piazzale Roma, then waterbus no.1 to S.Marcuola and follow directions above. (After 3 p.m. water bus no. 82 offers a direct service to to S.Marcuola).

By train
From Santa Lucia railway station take waterbus no.1 to S.Marcuola then head right along Strada Nuova for around 5 minutes on foot.

By airplane
From Venice Marco Polo Airport, either take a private water taxi directly to the hotel or take the bus (Blue line or line no.5) to Piazzale Roma, then waterbus no.1 to the S.Marcuola stop. From there, head to the right along Strada Nuova and proceed on foot for around five minutes.
