the noise transmission from hallways, canals (especially canals) and rooms is a little high. otherwise our stay was great! when in venice again it will definately be on the short list of places to stay.

A/C in room 35 was non-existent. Moved to room 9 and it was great. No early morning porterage can be difficult if you have to make an early flight. Great location off main canal, with easy walking distances to vaporetto stops, St Marks Sq, shopping and dining.

The hotel was clean and the room was rather spacious for Venice standards. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location was central (very close to St. Mark's). The only complaint was the noise level in the rooms, however, with a city such as Venice, this is to be a bit expected. Overall, a good experience.

We were very impressed by this hotel, which is conveniently situated near St. Mark's Square. The atmosphere was friendly, the staff were efficient and it made an excellent base for us as first time visitors to the city. Some may think it expensive but everything in Venice carries a premium and we felt it represented value for money. We would certainly go back.

How to reach Hotel Saturnia & International

By car
The hotel is easily reachable from Piazzale Roma, where guests can leave their car. Take the vaporetto line 1 and get off at Vallaresso stop. Continue on foot towards the Accademia bridge until you reach a wide street: Calle Larga Via XXII Marzo.
