Yes my first visit. Hotel was well appointed and given hotel prices in Venice value for money. Location was superb (reason why I selected it) rooms were far better than I anticipated and the staff particularly on reception were great with a sense of fun as well as efficent. Only downside was noise from building repair works next door in early morning.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Would stay here again, and would recommend. The only drawbacks were small rooms, expensive (though all of Venice is), and no real common areas to enjoy except the breakfast room (i.e. no rooftop garden nor any other public area of great use).

An ideal situation close to San Marco is the main advantage of this hotel. Rooms are either very small or large enough (just enough) but bath rooms are always very small.

By car
The hotel is easily reachable from Piazzale Roma, where guests can leave their cars. From Piazzale Roma, the hotel is 45 minutes by vaporetto line 1, stop San Marco Vallaresso.

By train
The hotel is 40 minutes by vaporetto line 1, from the Santa Lucia railway station.

By airplane
The Venice airport can be reached in 30 minutes by taxi or in about one hour with the Alilaguna hydrofoil.
