Bad: room was really cold at night. Air conditionning not warm enough. Blankets was too small and very thin, it could not avoid freezing.That was the only problem we had but very anoying for rest. Good : Breakfeast and seesight were good,staff sympathetic

very clean smart boutique hotel, excellent service, room was high specification overlooking the sea however the bar prices were a bit high

We enjoyed our stay, regardless of some moskitos. Friendly and polite Hotel staff and very quiet area as we expected it. Although we did not had wetter for swimming, it would be a nice place at warm season to enjoy also the sea.

By trainFrom Santa Lucia train station, take the vaporetto waterbus line 1, 52 or 51 to Lido di Venezia/Santa Maria Elisabetta terminal. Then take the bus line B, or line 11 and get off at Excelsior stop.
By airplane
From Venice's Marco Polo airport take the Alilaguna hydrofoil to the Lido di Venezia stop. The ride leaves every 30 minutes during the day and every hour during the night.
