Great location right at the center of Venice, 2 mins. from the Ponto dell'Academia. Friendly service, clean, quiet, good facilities. Quite expensive, but it's Venice... NOTE: street name can be confused with other streets of very similar spelling...

Careful! Location map not clear & google search located different Calle dei Fruitarol - frustrating hour or so of searching with cases etc. BUT superb location, near Accademia Bridge. Tucked away, very small & quiet. Nice staff. Nice room, (small) satellite TV BUT toilet seat broken & sellotaped! Unusual for Venice. VERY basic breakfast, always same but decent coffee. Rather overpriced, but worth it for great location.

Wireless internet was important but unavailable above the 2nd floor....we were on the 3rd. Breakfast, if you can call it that, was a vending machine in the lobby.

We enjoyed our room and the stay at Locanda Arte and we will consider staying there again when we'll return to Venice.

Great location near Accademia Bridge - easy to find. Rooms were a bit small, but not too small. Rooms were clean, bed was big enough, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok - rolls, juice, cereal, cappucino or coffee. Only issue was our A/C didn't seem to work, but since we were there in early June it wasn't an issue for us. No elevator.
