Very pleasant stay in a modern hotel. Only noise was from sound of chairs, tables scraping on the dining room floor, which could be heard in our bedroom.

Cleaning of the rooms is for me the most important thing in my travels. I didn't found it in Ca' del Moro.

The breakfast is rather boring, but does the job. Staff are polite and helpful. Super public transport connections day AND night to Venice. Bus stop 2min walking distance from hotel. The longest we ever waited was 5 minutes.

In the website it seemed to me, that wireless internet is everywhere available. It was just available (expensive) in the public area. The way to Venice was a bit too far (bus, boat). The food in the hotel wasn't impressive at all.

The receiption staff are good English speaker, it is excellent even comparing to the 4 stars hotel in Rome. The public area is also excellent and clean/beautiful/comfortable,a nice place to stay. The room is not big, but the room is enough to make my stay happy and comfortable, especially there is a large balcony, it is outstanding if you consider the hotel price in Venice and the crowed space in Venice. The map on the web site is not so accurate, it is showing the hotel locate at the Lido boat stop, however the actual location of the hotel is 15 mins by bus away from the boat stop.

How to reach Hotel Ca' del Moro

By car
From the Tronchetto car park, follow the indications to the ferry boat departure point for Lido di Venezia. The ride to Venice Lido takes around 30 minutes. From the San Nicolò deck the hotel is best reached by taxi.

By train
From the Santa Lucia railway station, take the water bus line 51 (vaporetto) to Lido di Venezia. The ride takes around 35 minutes. From the Lido Santa Maria Elisabetta deck the hotel is best reached by taxi. Alternatively, take bus line A, B or V, direction Malamocco-Alberoni, and get off at the Cà del Moro stop.

By airplane
From Venice Marco Polo airport take the Alilaguna hydrofoil and get off at the Lido di Venezia stop, with departures approximately every 30 minutes during the day and every hour during the night. From the Lido Santa Maria Elisabetta deck the hotel is best reached by taxi. Alternatively, take bus line A, B or V, direction Malamocco-Alberoni, and get off at the Cà del Moro stop.
