Breakfast included in the price and the powerfull climatisation were much appreciated. Nice hotel if you want to be near the beach and near Venice (bus and vaporetto stop are at 5 mn walk-in.) But don't go at Venice for the beach, because sea is cloudy and full of seagrass.

It is our recommendation that you DO NOT choose Hotel Biasutti for your vacation in Venice and it does not deserve its 4 star rating. Reasons? (1) Almost all of the rooms on each floor were like ours, extremely small to the point that it was very, very difficult to move about the room: a little more than a foot of space at the the foot of the bed and the space on both sides of the bed were way too narrow. (2) The bathroom door could not be opened far enough for easy entrance due to poor design. You have to squeeze through with great difficulty! The shower area was also quite uncomfortably small, even by European standards. (3) We dined only once in its restaurant and never again: The prices for our meals were comparatively high, the servings meager, and the quality was less than adequate. (4) The hotel is a long walk from the water taxi/ferry station and Lido, the island where the htel is located, is furthest from the main Venetian attractions, a 50 minute ride to get there. (5) In addition this Best Western hotel is very much over-priced as compared to all the hotels that we stayed during our month long vacation in Italy.

The hotel was nice. The Lido location is very convenient to the central vapporetto stop on the island and to the main street. All the facilities in town are within easy walking distance.

Very nice hotel on a quiet, tree-lined street. Hotel was close to ferry, shops, and restaurants. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with good variety. The price was right, and we would definitely stay there again.

Chambre agréable, hotel situé dans un lieu très calme, (ile du Lido) mais à proximité de l'arrêt du Vaporetto... Petit déjeuner impressionnant de variété Seul bémol sur la salle de bain, petite et peu pratique...

This was a great place to stay. Close to the Vaporetto and a grocery store a block away. Free parking and the breakfast was the best I had in my 3 week stay in all of Italy. The staff was very friendly. I would come back to this hotel.

The room was beautyful, and very spacious - for our first travel to Venice, I wanted it to be perfect, so applied for the junior suite at the top level of the hotel. It was with a small leaving room with comfortable sofa and armchairs, TV... then the room itself and the bathroom was very nice and spacious, with Jacuzzi - we had a bottle of Italian champagne...And there were windows all around the room : a lot of light. The retaurant had a small menu, and it was quite expensive. Very happy with the services.

The hotel was nice and the staff very helpful. It was only 10 minutes by foot to the vaporetto and that was really good !! The beach was also near and the rooms were clean and big. The buffet breakfast was good but not ecellent... Any way it is a nice hotel to stay.

Most of the staff were really friendly and great with my little chiildren (2 and 3 and a half) and very accomodating. The location was good enough, close to the beach, the main strip of the island , and the vaporetto station. Clean sheets and towels daily were wonderful. Good for the price of 80 Euros a night for 4.

A pleasant hotel in a leafy, quiet road but also very convenient for Lido beach, restaurants and the main water bus stop to St Marks, the Biennale, etc. (get the 3 or 7 day Venice Card for unlimited travel on waterbus - much cheaper than singles + free entry to loos!) We would stay at the Biasutti again.

I would only recommend to clean the curtains, becaue one of us is allergic to dust and she had difficulties at night to breath.

Stay in May 2005. Excellent surrounding, very quiet an only ten minutes to St. Markus square (by ship). Price is very strange, but the rooms are pretty good. Stuff was frendly. Would stay there again.

It was a great pleasue to stay at Biasutti Hotels. Although the rooms are not too big, but comfortable. Otherwise you don't want to stay in a hotel room when you're in Venice, do you? The area is calm, and the vaporetto stop is only 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The vaporetto service operates 24 hours a day, so you can discover Venice even at late night. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was really professional. Just follow their advice when selecting a dinner place or planning a trip. Next time we will choose the same hotel.

The Biasutti Hotel offered the advantages of a midsize family-run hotel, as well as the comfort and service of a major hotel group. After a whole-days-walk troughout the city of Venice, was always relaxing to enter the vaporetto, leaving the city behind and to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the Lido. All in one the Biasutti Hotel was the best choice we could make.

All in all a very great deal for Venice. Beautiful, quiet surroundings, nice hotel etc. BUT: The staff seemed to hate her job (a little smile would have done it), and when the neighbor's flushes the toilet, you can believe they are in your room!

Service was professional, but apart from that, the room was very small, the whole hotel needs an urgent renovation and be prepared for cues and horrible food at the the breakfast buffet (reminded me a bit of my youth hostal days)...far away from a 4* hotel, but you can't really expect too much for that price, can you?

Biasutti is a nice hotel for the price. We were given a large room as our little daughter shared with us (no extra charge). The rooms are very good and very well appointed. The breakfast was excellent and the outside terraces were very good. Please update the direction of the hotel in the Venere website. I would go back to Biasutti in future.

A fairly average 4* hotel. The web site didn't allow us to request a twin room, so had to pay a supplement to change from double to twin on arrival. The air-conditioning, (badly needed), didn't work and wasn't fixed during our stay. The rooms were small, staff friendly and breakfast adequate. You pay for what you get and, at 400 euros for two rooms for two nights, we felt that we got exactly what we'd paid for: Not worth a cent more though.
