The hotel is very well situated in the center of Venice, just near the drop off from the airport and on about 5 min on feet from San Marco's piazza. The Welcomming is excellent, and the service too. Choose a Room that will be on the upper levels because there is a snack cafe just near the hotel and in the evening people of the terrasse speak loud and there is music until 2 o'clock in the morning, but nothing really annoying, it is just uncomfortable. The breakfast is really great, included in the price, and open buffet. There is Wifi in the hotel, unfortunately it is not included, and you have to pay 1€ for one hour, 4€ for eight hours, this is reasonnable enough, being in Venice no one needs to spend his time on internet. In venice we found two free Wifi points one near the Hard Rock café (behind pizza San Marco) and one other in Avocate Street. The Condola tour must be negotiated hard. First announced price was 150 euros, we said no, it became 100 than 80 euros, finaly we accepted at 70 euors but I am sure that we could have had the condola tour for 50 or something, but anyway it really worth it. Spend time walking in the streets of Venice, all Venice is an attraction by itself, don't miss the churches, and Ponte Rialto and Ponte del Accademia. On Piazza san Marco in the evening there are concerto playing on some cafe terrasse, you can spend one nice romantic evening for 50 euro for two, with music concert and the dolce notte of Venice. Have a nice trip!

Todo fue segun lo planeado. No hubo problemas con la reserva. El personal es muy amable. No tienen cuarto especial para dejar el equipaje pero de todos modos lo puedes dejar en el lobby del hotel. la habitacion que nos toco era en un tercer piso y por su puesto no habia ascensor, pero era de esperar.

I was surprised to see a sign in the room that would charge 7 euros for towel replacement! I have never seen any hotel charge for this nor was I forewarned about this. I was surprised that there was no room telephone, no hairdryer, and very few complementary toiletries (in this post 9-11 air travel restrictions I find this not helpful). Nicely decorated rooms. Bathroom shower design modern and nice.

I loved the position of the hotel. i was a little nervous about the hotel only having two stars so I was pleasantly surprised.However the price was quite high but worth it. The bathroom is in need of renovation and the shower was very poor having no basin to stand in,in fact we preferred NOT to shower!!!The toilet seat needed to be renewed as it was rather stained. The breakfast was good and a pleasant surprise, being 2 star. I would return again.

Parfait, rapport qualité prix très bon. Très agréable surprise : propre, près de la place Saint Marc, petit déjeuner gratuit, calme, climatisé, belle salle de bain. A recommander.

This place was very convenient and the staff was perfectly nice. We had a streetside room which was very noisy (and we are not ones who normally notice) and the room was extremely hot (no A/C) and could have at least used a fan. I would stay here again-- just not in July.
