This hotel is new and it is beautiful. It is in a wonderful area which has more of a revitalized "neighborhood" feel and is away from all of the frantidc tourists. They also have a lovely courtyard. The staff is polite, professional and refined. Delightful place! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

If you want to visit the real Venice stay at the Carnival Palace what a lovely hotel it is just far enough away from the main attraction areas but within easy reach of St Marks etc. The location is fantastic it makes you explore areas of Venice you would never look for "great" and the room which was smashing overlooked the canal and this is where you start to see what the real Venice is all about, the working canal,the backstreets off the hotel "fantastic" near the Jewish Quarter,quiet, relaxed, enjoyed every moment of are stay. The staff extremely friendly, let them arrange a trip to Murano for you,great experience.Would recommend without hesitation this lovely hotel in a great location.
