A 50% credit is allocated for an other stay in the year of cancellation, if we rent the concerned rooms. A cancellation occurring more than thirty days before arrival will be charged with a 12 % of the stay. If the stay is shortened, or in case of no show, the total amount is due.You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

Very well situated, a 5 minute walk to the Old Vence. Gardens and pool are very nice, as the hosts Laurence and Max. Breakfast in the gardens is plentyful, excellent coffee. Gardens area and pool are very nice. Just make sur to ask for a large room as we got what was probably the smallest, way too small for 2 adults/3 nites. We saw some of the others and they were much nicer. They also supplied us by e-mail, prior to our arrival, with interesting information to help plan our vacation. Really recommend it but make sure you get a larger room.

Villa Roseraie features 10 rooms, each one offering a personal decor and all equipped with a special attention to details.The rooms on the ground floor overlook the patio or feature a private balcony.
