How to reach Hotel Portofico
By airplane
The nearest airport from the island of Lefkada is located next to the town of Preveza, in the mainland. The island is connected to the mainland by a 200-metres (0.1 miles) bridge. The airport lies about 16 km/9.9 miles from the village of Vassiliki town (approximately a 30 minutes drive). A public bus service (KTEL) runs frequently to/from the airport. The best and fastest way to reach the property from the airport is by taxi; there is a taxi rank in front of the gateway.
By boat
There are daily ferry services connecting the harbour of Vassiliki to the islands of Kefalonia and Ithaki. The port is located about 5 km/3.1 miles from the hotel.
