Hotel Hi was a great base while staying in Varna. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and the rooms are clean and have everything you need. Foyer, breakfast room and public areas were gorgeous, and the rooftop terrace has great views over Varna at night. TV has lots of channels in English too which is good. 5 minute walk to the beach and just off the main pedestrian streets, it is a great location for the price.
