Hotel Capolago - Varese

We enjoyed the hotel and its location was superb for our requirements. However, the noise factor from the passageway is high. We had a group of very noisy children staying in the hotel for 2 of the nights that we were there and their activity at night made our stay unpleasant. We had to resort to complaining to hotel staff to quieten the children down.

Gutes, im Vergleich zur Region Como relativ günstiges, modernes Motel (Auto vor dem Zimmerfenster möglich). Liegt nicht weit von A8 Varese im Grünen, aber kein Seezugang; Zufahrt zur Schweizer A2 durch die nette Stadt etwas komplizierter. Gute und beliebte Pizzeria (da Gennaro) ca. 2 km entfernt. Geräumig, angenehmes Design, mit sportlichem Touch. Frühstück ziemlich vielseitig, aber wenig Frisches (Müsliriegel). Für einen Zwischenstopp sicher empfehlenswert.

Very decent hotel, rich breakfast and spacious rooms. We only stayed overnight and travelled by car. It might not be easy to reach this hotel by foot, but it was very comfortable by car.

Cold in the room and you can't adjust temperature. No water at the bathroom sink and they didn't fix or notice. No restaurant, just breakfast which was ok.

A new hotel with modern rooms. Really need a car to go to this hotel as it is a bit far from anywhere. The hotel has no restaurant but there is a Grill restaurant across the road and a village nearby with a couple of trattoria. Generally, very clean, modern and friendly hotel. I recommend it for people with a car.
