Hotel Restaurant Vue des Montagnes is a comfortable three star hotel situated in the heavenly Geuldal. Our hotel is located at the entrance to the nature development project "Ingendael". The River Geul is even flowing right through our spacious garden. For our guests: a modern bar and the à la carte restaurant Ingendael.

Was unable to book a double roon so had to accept a Twin. A bit small but acceptable. The hotel itself is very nice with pleasant surroundings. Restaurant was good as well as a very nice breakfast included. Parking was included also. We would definitely return if in the area again. The only negative was a host in the restaurant our last evening. We ordered a simple dinner and had to wait a very long time as they served a large group first who arrived after we had ordered. Most everyone else also had to wait over 45 minutes to be served. When we complained to the gentleman, he said "well everyone knows that you Americans eat too fast, this is a normal wait time". That was very rude and uncalled for. The rest of staff were very nice and efficient. I would not let this one person detract from the hotel.

By car
Coming from Maastricht / Liège
You are driving on the road from the football Stadium “de Geusselt” towards Berg and Terblijt, passing two sets of traffic lights. At the top of the hill you want to turn left to Geulhem and Berg. Follow the sign for 'doorgaand verkeer' and take a right turn at hotel-café Geulhemermolen. Take the first right and you will see Hotel Vue des Montagnes after about 100 metres on your left.
Coming from Heerlen / Aachen
Take the motorway A79 towards Maastricht. On the A79 you will take the Meerssen exit. At the end of the exit turn left. At the next T-crossing turn left again. Driving towards Valkenburg , in the village of Houthem-St. Gerlach, you will exit to Geulhem - Berg en Terblijt. Stay on the same road and take the third left, at the face of the hill, where the hotel is signposted. After 100 metres you will see Hotel Vue des Montagnes on your left.
Coming from Eindhoven / Amsterdam
You will drive down motorway A2 to Maastricht. Having entered the city of Maastricht you will turn left at the first set of traffic lights, to Berg and Terblijt. At your left you will see stadion de Geusselt. Stay on this road and you will pass two sets of traffic lights. At the top of the hill you will turn left to Geulhem and Berg. Follow the sign for 'doorgaand verkeer' and take a right turn at hotel-café de Geulhemermolen.
Take the first right and you will see Hotel Vue des Montagnes after about 100 metres on your left.
By train
The railway station Houthem-St. Gerlach is only a couple hundred metres away from Hotel Vue des Montagnes. A second possibility is the train station of Valkenburg aan de Geul where you may take a train taxi to reach the hotel.
By airplane
Hotel Vue des Montagnes is only a 15 minutes drive from Maastricht Aachen Airport and within 1 1/2 drive from the airports of Charleroi, Liège, Brussels, Cologne and Düsseldorf.
