Hotel Vincci Palace - Valencia

Good Hotel, good positions. Wifi internet is not disponible. It's must be uset with a cable. So hotel offer free cable. L'hotel è buono, ottima posizione. Non è disponibile una connesione internet wifi. E' necessario usare un cavo che può fornirvi gratuitamente dalla reception.

We enjoyed our stay at the Vincci Palace. Great location and comfortable rooms. We could walk to most of the attractions at our own pace and leisure. But was intrigued by the near transparent bathroom door!

Very good hotel!Nice price for a double, but no single fares..breakfast is overpriced. Alert: the wc door is almost trasparent! Hotel molto particolare quanto bello..tariffa per una doppia buona, ma niente tariffe per una singola; la colazione costa troppo. Posto perfetto, centralissimo e comodissimo.. Attenzione: la porta del bagno è praticamente trasparente..non andateci se vi da fastidio farvi vedere mentre fate la cacca!

A very good hotel!

The staff were excellent. They helped us with every request we had (things to see, restaurants, etc). After a long flight from San Francisco via JFK, my luggage didn't make it and I left my phone in the taxi! The young lady at the front desk called several cab companies for me to try and track it down. The beds were comfy and the breakfast buffet was great. We would definitely return to this hotel.

I was very surprised about beauty of hotel, its central position in the historical city and the good relationship between price/quality.

Great location, rooms spacious and quiet. Staff rude and unhelpful. Don't use the hotel's parking! They will charge you a fortune!

Excellent location, nice rooms and a great price!

The hotel was as described not disappointed at all. Would love to stay there again. No restaurant though but very close to many eating places. The staff were more than helpfull with all our enquiries.

Excellent hotel for lovers

Staff was particuarly helpful with some problems I had (not related to the hotel). Rooms are nice and very stylish, especially bathrooms. Everything ok.

This hotel is located in the centre of town and is convenient to sights, shopping and to the underground. The rooms are quirky, from the glass-walled bathrooms (which is still quite discrete) to the many lights which could be controlled in banks to create mood or controlled individually. Overall the hotel was good. If there were any downside it was that there was a public holiday the following day after we arrived and despite asking when we arrived what was happening outside the hotel (people were setting up for a street parade for the Three Kings (Epiphany)Eve; no-one mentioned that the following day would be a public Holiday. This caused us some angst, as we had planned to shop on that day for a special event on the 7th. Overall good though.

The Vincci is a beautiful hotel with a great staff and location. The rooms are romantic and very sexy. The only word of caution is that there is not much in the way of privacy as the bathrooms are very open... but, again, very sexy.

A wonderful company! This is the second time I'm using an hotel of theirs, and in both occasions (the previous one was in Madrid) service and price/quality relationship have been among the best I have ever received. Besides, the Valencia Vincci Palace is wonderfully located, within shooting distance from any important place in downtown, and from a useful metro (or tube) station.

Great hotel. New fixtures in bedroom and bathroom, Like a boutique hotel. Fancy. If you can get it for about 100 Euros or less, you are making a great deal. Only down side - no desk in the room.
