Hotel Valencia Center - Valencia

We were here for the last 2 days of the Las Fallas festa, so it was more expensive than usual. However, the location was good for the City of Arts & Sciences, but a 35min walk to the Old City. There was a bus but not a frequent service on weekends. Room was spacious and modern. Also, being further out it was quieter than those near the fireworks!

Business style hotel. Clean and new although the bathrooms are incredibly compact. Close to public transport and the Science and Arts centre (do not miss), and a 1.30 Euro bus trip to the old town. Has pay TV (free) and movies you can pay extra for. Huge shopping complex just down the road including a massive El Cortes Ingles, and lots of bars and Tapas close by. Very good value for money, very clean, very efficient. Younger folks interested in the night life might like to stay closer to the old town. Just don't bother with the gym as it's rubbish.

Great hotel, steps away from the Ciudad de las artes. Public transportation to the center is unexpensive (bus or taxis). Hotel decor and quality of service is remarkable. No room for critics, except for the usually high breakfast and parking charges. Plenty of good bar and restaurant around (this is a residental area) or walk 10 minutes to the nearby shopping mall. Avoid the parking charges leaving the car in the street (plenty of space at the beginning of Av de Francia, or one block pass the hotel on the right).

Beautiful modern hotel at a reasonable price. Clean, modern spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The only real downfall was that it was a little bit far to walk into the city centre (about 15-20 min) but there was close shopping centres around the area of the hotel. Very close to the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències which is nice.

A good hotel everything considered but with a great problem.The entrance to garage is practically impossible for cars of some dimension,as for instance a VOLVO

Very good place to stay, especially if you have a car. Free on street parking and a bus stright into the city. Very handy for both town and Marina and nothing to complain about in the rooms either.

THE ENTERING IN THE PARKING SPACE WAS A LITTLE STRANGE, BUT THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE

I booked this hotel because it had a fitness center. What a joke! The photo is all there is - a tiny tiny room with a treadmill that has not been serviced and is unusable, a bike (again, unserviced and unusable) and a water rower you can't adjust the tension on. There is a mat with something I think you use for your abs but I never figured it out. And that's it. And it's all crammed together. Who knows how long since the fan in my bathroom had been cleaned but since I couldn't find a switch that worked to turn it on, I guess it didn't really matter. The ventilation in the room was a little wonky - couldn't adjust the heat and was told to open the window. Since it was Las Fallas time with firecrackers going off all the time, it was tough to sleep with the window open. I complained about the fitness centre equipment but nothing was done 2 days later. I mentioned it again to the gal on day shift and, after making some calls, she said it was broken and they would fix it. Who knows if it has been done though she seemed to be on the ball. If you're large boned or overweight, you may want to think twice about taking a bath. The center of the tub narrows considerably and would be uncomfortable. I noticed it and, though I'm not petite, I'm also not obese. The bus stops right outside the door to get to the centre in 10 minutes, and there is a huge shopping mall 3 blocks away with lots of options for eating. I wish someone at the hotel had told me about it - I found out a few days later. Lots of trails for walking and running nearby. Also, the huge Arts & Sciences complex is close by. A good location to get away from the craziness of Las Fallas, but close enough to get there quickly. I easily walked to the centre in only a few minutes (maybe half an hour?).

Nice hotel, good value for money and close for the City of Science & Arts and Turia Gardens.

We only stayed there for a weekend, without having breakfast in the hotel because we thought that it was too expensive. From the hotel your are only five minutes walking to the Ciudad de las Ciencias, and only 40 meters from the hotel's door you have a bus that leaves you in 10 or 15 minutes in Valencia's downtown. The parking of the hotel is very good, maybe a little bit too expensive. The room where we stayed was very silent, in spite of the music that sounded in the corridor. We liked the place very much so we recomend it to you.

The price-quality relationship at this hotel is very good. It's really a 4 star hotel. Very close to the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, but the taxi in Valencia are really cheap, (5 euro for the centre or the port where you can eat a really good Paella ) . Really recommended

Very comfortable hotel with an excellent service. the rooms are very clean. very interesting neighborhood, with shopping malls and modern architecture. the next metrostation is approx. 10minutes by foot, but taxis are not expensive. for people who could spend a few euros more, we can really recommend this hotel.

Todo muy nuevo, enfrente de la Ciudad de las Artes y el Oceanográfico, volvería si tuviera q ir a Valencia sin dudarlo

Hotel in zona un pò perferica, ma ottimamente servita dagli autobus, le fermate sono proprio sotto la struttura.A 2 passi(andando lentamente ci si mette 5 min) dal museo della scienza, e con 40 min di camminata si arriva sulla spiaggia.Praticamente attaccato a un grande magazzino (El corte ingles)dove si può trovare di tutto.La camera era spaziosa e molto pulita,con aria condizionata regolabile. Servizio cortese e parlano un pò italiano.Solo la colazione era un pò cara (13 €). Comunque ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliato.

If I pay for a "double room" and the description and the photo shows one big bed, why when you arrive they give me 2 single beds?? Everything else was ok
