Price for breakfast extortionate. Water in the lift and liftshaft when it rains - straight down to the basement floor. Handy for the Science and Arts complex and the aquarium.

Generally it's a nice hotel in the best possible surroundings of Valencia CAC, close both to city centre (by bus or by foot through the old Turia riverbed - a really nice park)and to beach. The only problems are - clealiness of rooms - even after cleaned, the bathroom was not good enough, and the restaurant does not work on Monday ! Reception staff is very nice. However, due to closeliness to CAC, Agora and Valencia Street Circuit, I will definatelly stay again in this hotel in case I get a chance to visit Valencia again !

Hotel grande, moderno e pulito. Le camere, spaziose e silenziose, corrispondono alle foto. Da provare la Spa, con un personale davvero eccellente. Molto fredda invece l'accoglienza del personale alla hall, impreparato e troppo giovane. La posizione non è ideale per visitare il centro città (che si raggiunge in bus+metro, ma la metro chiude alle 23!!) ma l'hotel è a due passi dalla città delle arti(che vale davvero), inoltre basta attraversare la strada per raggiungere i centri commerciali AQUA (con molti locali dove cenare) e Corte Inglès. Molto bella la città, pulita, ordinata, con una ottima organizzazione dei servizi turistici e dei mezzi di trasporto.Un pò deludente la movida valenciana. I prezzi di Venere in hotel sono stati leggermente maggiorati.

hotel davvero molto bello, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo( se non si chiede la colazione). dintorni più che buoni con centri commerciali e la ciudad e un afermata del bus per il centro e il mare. carino il trattamento spa offerto!

we find little jnsects in the bathrooms, whats not good to have. also, we loose on sunday our ¨paella¨cause the very bad orientation by the consierge.... was so out of ouer needs and was so off of helping actitude.. when you go to valencia for just 2 days you expect to have the oportunity to have your.... delicious paella... so we wnt to a bad place for the missorientation of the gay in the reception that day.

We had a room that was located over the breakfast restaurant and there were quite a lot of sounds from the chaires (I suppose it was).

It is very difficult to find your way in Valencia. A better location on a map would be grateful!! I was travelling with my boyfriend and we had an excellent stay in this great hotel

Meget fint hotel med fantastisk udendørs arel hvor man kan nyde aften på skønne hvide sofaer under palmer. Hotellet ligger i 10 min afstand med bus til stranden og ligeledes til city. Billeder på hjemmesiden svarer til virkeligheden og det er virkelig fundet til prisen. Venlig personale og gode drinks. 2 store shoppingcentrer lige i nærhenden.

Fantastic modern hotel ideally placed for the science park and a short bus ride to the centre or the beach. Little in the area of interest other than the museums and not much to choose from in terms of restaurants. Breakfast seemed stiff at 14 euros (can't speak for it as didn't try it) - but there are decent bars outside. Spa great - staff EXTREMELY helpful.

Great hotel, friendly staff, very stylish and comfortable. Bit pricey for room service and bar drinks but I guess you have to pay for all that cool somehow! (But the price certainly put us off eating there). First visit to Valencia and wow what a great city. The hotel's a bit far out of the city centre so we were reluctant to wander too far at night but it's actually close by some fantastic bars, restaurants and cafes. The Opera is a super-stylish hotel with some super-stylish and super helpful staff, we got it for a good price and will definitely use it again.

New large impersonal hotel - mainly corporate as are the other hotels in the area. Good 45 min. walk to city centre, but regular bus (stop couple of minutes walk away from hotel) takes you there or to port/beach in other direction. Very busy in town centre so was glad to be further out. Science museum/Oceanagraphic(well worth a visit) 5 minutes walk, Corte Anglais and small shopping mall across road.Bars and restaurants nearby. Would stay again although would have liked at least one English-speaking channel on TV.

The hotel is great: completely new, beautiful rooms, spacious, clean and quite. There is a bus stop just after the corner (300 m) that takes to the beach in 15 minutes and there is a spa inside the hotel (very cheap fees for hotel guests and when I've used it, I always had it all just for me, no one else was there). There is a commercial center nearby and some cafes, but city center is quite far (30 minutes by bus). The only thing to make the hotel better would be to have the receptionists smile more: they are always very standoffish
