hotel medium conqueridor - Valencia

The hotel was clean and the staff were really friendly, helpful and able to answer any queries we had. Walking to the main square took about 15 minutes and it's a 5 minute walk from Valencia Nord train station. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive with staff on hand to help and the sauna was nice too. Bus tour tickets can be purchased from reception and some stops are quite close by.The price was also great (stayed early June) and I would definitely go back to stay again.

Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Valencia. I stayed one night for a weekend get away. I stayed in a standard room which was on the back of the hotel. My room was very quiet with great air conditioning. The hotel was immaculate, including the bathrooms. Very helpful and friendly employees. Excellent breakfast.

Great location, just walking distance to Valencia Centre and Train Station. Competent and kind staff. Sauna and Gym are small and basically equipped.

Staff very helpful, particularly as I left 2 jackets behind by mistake. On phoning the Conqueridor from Barcelona, Maria provide me with every assistance and the items have been UPs'd to the UK. First-class!!!

we got a huge suite - not sure if that's normal?? great location near the train station in valencia and walking distance of all city centre sites. our favourite valencia hotel to date.

We found the staffs attitude a bit off hand + perhaps not as friendly as we have been used to but apart from that we enjoyed our stay in Valencia. The hotel is located down a side street which is not the cleanest but once you make your way passed the big rubbish bins the hotel is not too far away. It is a very short, easy walk to the railway station.

there was no room safe - free wifi worked great everywhere location was alright, it was not "shabby" or "unsafe" as statet in other comments. breakfast was not worth the money. Next time I´l go across the street and get my morning coffee there.

We went in summer on a weekend and practically had the place all to ourselves. This is a high end property that serves the corporate scene during the week but offers huge discounts during weekends and vacations. Great location, walking to everything, will go back for sure.

wonderful location right in the middle of the commercial area of the city. nearby main train station, buses, rail. very easy to get around side street under some repair but the hotel was very, very clean. staff very obliging

Situato in una zona non bellissima ma tranquilla e molto comoda per girare la città (metropolitana a 5 min a piedi e fermate del pullman a 2 minuti), il centro è comunque raggiungibile a piedi direttamente dall'albergo. Camere pulite e personale gentile e disponibile.

Ottima struttura, vicino al centro e ai mezzi di trasporto. Camere spaziose e confortevoli, eravamo in 4 e ci hanno dato un bellissimo appartamento con 2 camere, davvero comodo se si viaggia in gruppo. Consigliatissima per tutti.

Valoro positivamente la tranquilidad y el respeto que se respira en el hotel, mobiliario e instalaciones nuevas, limpias y bien cuidadas. Tienes la sensación de estar solo en el hotel. Sin embargo, creo que el servicio de restaurante, en particular el menú, es caro y demasiado sencillo y escaso.

Medium Conqueridor is in a very convenient spot of the city, close to the center, railways station and metro stations. Just be aware you need to walk at least 10-15' to find a decent restaurant. Price/quality is very good. Wireless is ok. Despite some review I read before going there, the breakfast is more than acceptable, and worth the 9 euro per person we paid for. Three bed room was a bit too tight, but this was one of the few hotels in the center area quoting triple rooms at reasonable price.

Restaurant very expensive and poor quality of food. Excellent position close to North Station (underground station) in quiet area.

Room and facilities were clean, the personnel was friendly and helpful. They provided us with extra blankets when I had a flu. Free internet access is definitely a plus. Negative: We needed to leave for the airport at 8:00 am, Sunday, but the breakfast room did not open before 8:00. The hotel should provide a minimal breakfast for such cases, at least a cup coffee ....

Very impersonnal service. No ambiance. Have requested advice on good restaurants and was given a map indicating a sector where I could find a McDonald's and other cheap restaurants. But rooms clean.

Checking in was quick and without problem. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Daily cleaning was always carried out when we were out and was faultless. The hotel is on a side road which is quiet, we were able to leave out window open at night even though we were on the street side of the hotel. The hotel is just a short walk from the Xative Metro which is on a direct line to the airport at one end and the beach/port at the other. It is also within a few minutes walk of many of the historic building in the city. We enjoyed our stay in Valencia and the hotel.

I arrived on Sunday afternoon. The reception was nice, she gave me a map and some good recomendations, where I could go for sightseeing. But the reception lady for nightshift (around 7 pm) could not even tell me, where to find something to eat. As we knowed that most of the restaurant in spain closed on sunday, but surely she could tell me to look for MCDonald or cafetarias near the cathedral or the train station.

We did not meet alot of people as we were out most of the day. We stayed only for 2 nights as we were travelling round the country & our flight was frm Valencia. The hotel is very central,walking distance to shopping areas. There is parking right next door to it so its convenient for those with a car like us. Gps found hotel with no problems.The kids loved the luxury of the hotel as prior we were staying in a 2/3* hotels,due to our budget. We had to book this hotel,as at the last minute one of our previous booked hotels would not confirm extra bed,seeing they didn't have a triple,so we cancelled and booked this one.Hotel sent me an sms as soon as I made the booking. Very effecient.They confirmed extra bed & our rooms were next to each other,as requested. They have a small gym,with a treadmill,bike & some free wieghts with a sauna. We did not have breakfast there as we like to experiment with other places. Infact just round the corner there is a sweet place serving some nice pastries. Do not regret it at all having to pay a bit more,and would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Loved this hotel and would return when back in Valencia. We were there only 1 night for Madonna concert and the staff were really good ordering taxis etc. Only downside is you cannot get a drink after 11.00pm which is unusual these days as a hotel resident. Very centrally located and near railway station. Rooms very spacious and very clean. Would recommend but you have to go out if you require late food/drink

Quite new with modern decoration. Room spacious and clean, but let down by extremely poor sound proofing - you could hear conversation in neighbouring room, and loud music from outside (I couldn't figure out where it came from, but it lasted till 2am in the 3 nights I stayed in this hotel)clearly.

The hotel is very nice, 10 minutes walk from the centre of Valencia. It doesn't have its own parking, but there's a public parking in the same street or you can leave your car in the street without any problem.

The room was great value for money. It was huge, plenty of room for the three of us. We didn't eat any meals there. It's very close to train station and within walking distance of the old centre.

the Hotel was very nice, room were big and clean and the location was perfect!We did experience the aircon was just to cold even though we adjust it. Some of the non-spanish-speaking of the group found the receptionist quite unpolite when she didnt understand the questions asked in English.

ottimo hotel,belle camere,bagni spaziosi.Vicinissimo al centro storico e ben collegato sia con la stazione che con autobus e metro. ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo,peccato non fosse inclusa la colazione ma basta attraversare la strada(5m!)per trovare una piccola e ben fornita caffetteria.Bel soggiorno a valencia anche grazie alla giusta scelta dell'hotel!

A clean, contemporary and friendly hotel with much needed air conditioning in the rooms. A great hotel in a lovely city. To get to the hotel I recommend getting the metro from the airport and getting off at Xativa.

Location near the station and metro was excellent. Somewhat further to the Market and main square. Our TV never worked despite several complaints, Breakfast was expensive but the nearby cafe was excellent; we ate at the hotel one evening and the food was very good. Valencia was an excellent place to stay. Make sure you see the Palace of Arts and Sciences both by day and night!

This is an excellent hotel and I've stayed here a few times when I visit Valencia. Great design with practical sense to traveller. This hotel is perfect if you are a traveller with big suitcases. The wireless connection is very bad thou.. :( but if its not something you need, this hotel is PERFECT.

We spend five nights there and the hotel is stylish and modern and offers good value for money. The only minus point was that the hallway got a new paint ;-)

do not eat breakfast at the hotell it i exepncuve and not so god. Try the cafeteria cross over from the hotell. A local smale cafeteria.

A very good hotel, near the centre of the town and the metro station. Very quite and not too expensive. Good service even if don't all the employees knew english.

We expect much more from 4-star hotel. Restaurant is absolutely bad. the breakfast was so-so, but the dinner was really terrible. Carpaccio has colour of the ground, dark brown, lettuce was yellow. We return it back to kithchen. French fried potatoes was salty like corned beef. It seems that the cook was ill or drunken, instead of it the cleaner worked on the kitchen.

Good hotel, close to city center and subway station. spacious rooms, quiet. Had some difficulties with the wireless connection but overall, I will recommand it.

Breakfast at the hotel was good. Bocatta offers light menus which are very good and moderate in price too. The hotel caters for tourists as well as business people.

Perfect hotel for a short get away in Valencia. Easy access to the old town. The hotel is modern and welcoming. We booked a triple room for a girly get away and were not disappointed (ended up costing £25 per night each!)the double bed had been separated into 2 singles and there was an additional camp bed that was very comfy. All in all would highly recommend.

Two night stay. Very convenient for sightseeing and shops. Close to metro, station and an easy walk to historic centre and market. Difficult to navigate the many one way systems when driving. More information about parking opportunities and prices for parking close to the hotel would be useful.

Wir haben einen mehrtätigen Städteurlaub mit unserem 15jährugen Sohn in Valencia verbracht und 2 Zimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, direkt am historischen Zentrum mit vielen Cafes und Restaurants gelegen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir werden die Reise auf jeden Fall wiederholen und das gleiche Hotel buchen.

We were very pleased with the overall quality of Hotel Conqueridor. From the moment we walked in we were pleasantly surprised with all the many little details that this hotel does so well. The hotel was exceptional clean and well staffed. The design and look of the hotel is fantastic, within only a couple of minutes it's obvious that a lot of work has been spent to create a great hotel experience. We were also very pleased with the rooms, exceptionally clean and spacious: comfy beds, large bathroom. The view leaves something to be desired but it's not an issue. Location is great, not far off a main road, and close to the train station. However, the hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the city center and a 15 minute bus ride to the sea. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast (12 Euro per person) was not included in the price of 89 Euro for a doubleroom per night. Maybe a reason to visit the coffeeshops in the neighbourhood. Good hotel, astonishingly quiet. We had a very spacious room to the court.

although our stay was short we were very happy that our room was extremely clean we had a great stay, our room was extremely large, comfortable, quiet and very clean!!only a 5 min walk from train station and centre. we would definately stay here again.

Aircon was switched off because the staff thought it wasn't necessary. Warm weekend and our room was right above the hot-air-out aircon for another building so opening window wasn't that helpful - plus noise etc Staff didn't give a toss when we raised it. If I pick a four star wiath aircon because I like a certian temp - I expect to get it whether the staff think its the right time of spring or not.

The staff were quite abrupt with their English, but they are competent. A taxi from the airport is around 17 euros and the hotel is central to the old town, although the beach is a while away. I would recommend this hotel for exploring the city and Valencia is a wonderful city. The bed was very comfortable and the room is spacious.

This hotel looked modern on first impressions but lacked the overall service that a four star should offer. The staff did not know any restaurants to recommend, no clue of what buses to take to the Valencia Football stadium!!! they were very lazy. We wanted to order room service on the the sunday night when i called the receptionist he told me that it was closed, although from the booklet the kitchen should have been open, he bascially couldnt be bothered to give us this service. We informed the manager and she didn't believe us! and then never apologised either. I would not recommend this hotel for these reasons. A hotel should know various information for travellers in their city but the staff were just not helpful at all. Claire Dublin

Excellent hotel, modern and stylish, perfect situation (dont get put off by the actual street it is in). We spent 3 lovely nights in this hotel, the receptionits spoke our language and were always ready to help. Very close to the bullring and shopping area as well as the train station. Perfect for business and city breaks (valencia centre,in summer lacks excitement). The rooms were made for us as we love minimalistic style and the bathroom was one I could relax in. One thing that comes to my mind is that if we had a car I dont think there is a good carpark, parking in Valencia seems hectic, then again i didnt have a car.

The only bad thing was breakfast, poor, not at the level of the hotel, and the waiter never smiling

Un hotel moderno, en pleno centro de Valencia. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas. El servicio es muy atento y eficiente. No tiene nada de ruidos pues da a una calle secundaria del centro. Te puedes mover a pie sin necesidad de coger un taxi. La próxima vez repetiremos

This place was great. The only bad thing was I had asked for a double room and got a twin but other than that nice location near the trains station, quiet, modern rooms.

Very Nice hotel, good standing.Recent structure. Very clean. Not too far from the centre by walk (+/- 15 min). Welcoming staff. Only thing, the breakfast is not included and the cost is high (10 euros/pers). But in spain there are a lot of bar not too far to take a good breakfast at more or less 4 euros/pers.
