Nice hotel near city center

The receptionstaff didn't speak English well. The thermostat on the cooler was out of order - it became a bit chilly at some occationes.

This hotel has exceeded our expectation, nice and comfortable room, large bathroom. Near metro and bus stop, very close to the center of the city.

I not understand why every time I book a room via internet they assign me a room uncomfortable and I have to do with it give a better protest.

Air-con in room wasn't working, told reception who spoke good english, he would see to it. Upon our return a few hours later,the room was cool!.V good service.We enjoyed our 2 night stay, Hotel is in great position for sightseeing with parking 20 metres away.

Excellent. Specially the relationship between price and quality, and the location. The staff was very kind.

The location is strategic to visit the city centre, the staff is friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. I higly reccomend.

excellent position, close to main railway station. excellent value for money

The location is perfect, plenty to eat in the area,the 8.00 EUR breakfast is really not worth it. Front desk staff is not friendly at all but don't mind them you can do without even speaking to them. Valencia is such a pretty city that this little things don't count.15 minute walk to the AVE train station Valencia JS, there is a shuttle that will take passengers to the NORD Station which will safe about 10 minutes of the walk. The hotel it self it's pretty good and it is in a very good shape. The WIFI is only good in the public areas 6.00 EUR a day which is not bad , but it does not work in the rooms.

Excellent location in the middle of the old town and very closed to the mercado, a must see!! Try La Cueva de 1900 the taverna on the C/San Vicente Martir.

Reception at the hotel was very informative, I had no need to go to the information offices, I had it all at the Hotel. I could even book the tickets for the Oceanic City. The hotel was very central.

The Hotels location was a key for our choosing it. The room was facing an airshaft, no view but NO noise(as requested) either, and the air conditioner worked! Staff speakslittle english but was helpful and friendly. Internet free in lobby, or 2 Euros for one hour.

The room was clean and size was ok but the bathroom was very small. The location was great, only few steps from the Place de l'Ajuntament and the shopping area. Breakfast was not included in the price and I recommend to enjoy your breakfast in one of the nice cafe bars neaby or Place del Mercat.

stay in this hotel is a good shanse because services are good, position is central,near all comunications.

Hotel location very convinience to reach the city centre and also very easy to access to sea shore. Overall hotel is brilliant, except restaurant and houskeeping staff could speak in English. It would be helpfull for guest from abroad.

Walls of rooms wafer thin. Cleaners make so much noise in morning, don't book if you're looking for a quiet restful stay. Very well located and convenient.

The hotel is well positioned a few minutes from metro station, and near the center of the town. Very good price or an excellent quality.

Comfortable, clean hotel, easily accessible from airport, bus station and train station, very close to Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Friendly staff, though not fluent in English. Value for money, especilly if early booked.

Stayed only 1 night but was excelent.The room was clean and very spacious.Hotel was central to all amenities.Will stay there agean.

Very good staying

Good hotel very well positioned, within the historic centre. You can go almost to everywhere on foot. The hotel hall is inexistent, there's just the space for the reception area and a table with three chairs, not useful if you're a group needing to meet downstairs before to go out. Disappointing the breakfast not included, but at 60 euro/night it's OK. You can pay for it if you want it, but I suggest to go to some cafes nearby (there's even a Sturbucks around the corner). We had a nice double room at the third floor, quite spacious and with a very good shower. The door and the walls are thin, then expect some noise from the corridor especially.

The rooms were rather expensive (150-160 euro/night) due to a motor race. BEWARE: 3 rooms on each floor have no view (very small yard 3x3m sourrounded by walls and dark). In addition, there are small and larger rooms, some equipped with one queen size bed and some with two 1-person beds separated by a fixed bedside table. Breakfast is poor: coffee, 1 bread with 1 slice of ham and cheese, butter and jam, 2 industrial muffins. BEWARE: The hotel don't have a parking. You'll have to park at the FNAC parking 200m away for 18 euro a day. The staff is rather unfriendly.

Staff were very warm, room was huge and clean and we didn't have to pay a fortune. We stayed in 4 different hotels in Europe and this was by far my favorite.

Good hotel. Cold welcome by the reception personnel. Breakfast : food selection could be improved. Why don't you offer a buffet service ?
