Hotel Kris Cónsul - Valencia

Very helpful staff, reasonable location, address a little confusing - avenida puerto on maps and information, avenida de port on street signs.

I think it is too much expensive for the quality and service that it provided.

Couple with 1yo baby For this price you really cannot expect anything more. The Swimming Pool is nice and refreshing, half way between the old town, the beach and museums. WiFi is free.

Really good relationship between price and quality, so don't exspect too much from a ****Hotel if you only pay 50€ per night. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast of good variety. BUT the Sauna is an desaster, dirty and not even hot. We didn't want to try the pool because the water looked not very inviting. All in all a good hotel for a weekend trip if you don't want to do any wellness stuff.

Nice hotel, rooms are a bit old but clean and full off facilities for this reason It doesen't look exaclty like a 4 star hotel, but it's a good compromose with the price. Small clean swimming pool and sauna are very nice. We stayed from wed 25th until sunday 28th of june 09 and we payed 70 euros for a triple room (w/o breakfast).. Chep price in comparason of the service. Receprionists are not so friendly and competent.

We stayed 3 days. very nice&clean hotel by the price and quality. only 15 mins away from the old city by walking. stuff is so helpfull.

L'Hotel si trova in una posizione Intermezza tra la spiaggia e il centro, ma molto vicino alla metro (circa 300-400 metri) Le stanze dell'hotel sono un pò piccole, ma funzionali, molto buona la pulizia. Putroppo il personale non conosce altre lingue tranne lo spagnolo e quindi spiegarsi potrebbe essere un pò più difficile... ma lo spagnolo è facile da capire...

Quite near the port/beach area and Valencia FC. You need to take a bus or taxi for the city centre or the old town

The hotel is nicely located in walking distance to the city center as well as the sea front and beaches. Valencia in indeed an exiting city and fall is probably the best season for a visit - the air and sea are still warm yet the tourists are gone. You might have the beach all for yourselves :)

Employees very gracious, helpful and informative, great reflection on Valencia! Excellent value for the money.Free internet. Good dining room! Indoor pool. Bigger beds than we were used to in Europe! We would readily return to the Hotel Kris Consul!

Loction was central to where we need to be, staff was very nice, breakfast was priced right. Only complant would be the fact that they could use new beds.(they are a little past thier prime)

Well situated : metro ( airport ) - busses ( beach/museum/city center ) - restaurants in the surrounding - room full equiped ( bubble bath... )... excellent hotel for a short stay

No experience at hotel Kris Consul. It's a pleasant hotel.

This hotel is near to the centre (10 minutes walking) and you can go to the port and to the beach by bus in 5 minutes or walking in about 25 minutes! GOOD!

Bell'albergo, situato in una posizione strategica, sia il porto che il centro della città sono facilmente raggiungibili con i mezzi e la città delle scienze a piedi. La camera era bella e spaziosa. Il personale è stato cortese e disponibile, sebbene un pò "freddo". Consiglio sicuramente la struttura. Poi Valencia è bellissima.

I really liked this hotel. It was newly decorated to a high standard and small enough to have character. The location south of the city centre was good for being able to walk 'Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencas' which is a day's sight seeing (if that is what you are doing). However it is not so handy for the old city - a bus or taxi ride away.

Generally happy with this hotel although the room was very small and a it is a little further out of the centre than we anticipated. However the reception staff were efficient and friendly, and the property was very clean - always big plus points. Breakfast adequate but inefficiently managed with guests having to clear and reset own tables and constantly having to ask for clean crockery and waiting for buffet to be replenished.

Das Personal war wirklich hilfsbereit und für die Beantwortung allgemeiner Fragen betreffend des öffentlichen Verkehrs und des Zugangs zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gut unterrichtet.

A functional hotel - staff don't go out of their way to make you feel at home. It's fine for a stop over - the beds are comfortable and the room is clean. It is just not a holiday hotel.

Staff was very nice and competent.
