The hotel is very nice and has a lot of great things offered to guests. It is located a bit of a ways from the train and bus station and does not have a consistent flow of taxis that come by. If you have transportation, the city is really nice. At the hotel, the staff wasn't too helpful and always said they were busy whenever I went to the lobby and asked questions. Great rooms, but I felt service was lacking.

Everything was fine. Hotel is 10 minutes walk away from the centre. There is a Metropolian club with fitness and minor "SPA" available, we got it for 9€/person with no time-limit as hotel guests. We went into the centre, I think it's "Fonda" restaurant, fancy and overpriced, didn't like the food (try fish instead of meat).

I think that the hotel is very beautiful and service is perfect. It is present a free internet connection directly in the room. Only the position of the hotel is not good to visit the city centre.

Ottimo soggiorno. No colazione in hotel (nei dintorni buoni bar, forni/pasticcerie). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camere grandi e pulite. Centro raggiungibile a piedi in 10/15 minuti, in autobus 5 min. Città della scienza a 15min. di autobus. Personale cortese, accogliente e preparato. I dintorni dell'hotel non sono il massimo.

Good qality hotel but beware of it's Cafeteria. Not only high prices but also a very bad service. We went to Cafeteria at dinner, as we arrived late first day, the waitress billed us for an entire buffet each when we took only a dessert because all the buffet was empty! Then, just paid and gone, we saw her going to put all the new trays with the plates listed on the buffet! We felt as we have been fooled form this girl! 25 euro for just a dessert.

Nice hotel in terrible part of town. We asked for non-smoking, twin bed room. We were assured of that request, yet we received a double, smoking room. Heat only on air-conditiong, so had to keep the window open. Unbelievable traffic noise, starting at 6:00. Asked for wake-up call, never got it. My husband and I were disappointed in the bar service.

Hotel was modern, very clean. Quite central for sightseeing. Bus stops out side for old town no 8. and no 22 for beach and marina. breakfast at 12 euro was ok Hotel was on a busy roundabout which is not shown on the hotel location photo . All in all a good experience.

Guys, this hotel is fantastic for the money i spent!! The area is not so fantastic looking but in 15 minutes walking you can be in centre. Don't forget that this hotel is 6 or 7 euro far from the oceanographic by taxi!! when you book ask for a room that doesn't face the front street, better for spleeping....

High rates as regards comfort of the hotel, spaciousness of the room, desk service. The price is good, although it was probably higher than usually because of the America's Cup period. The surroundings of the hotel are traficated streets, but downtown is not far. As regards my room, a window glass was broken and temporarily repaired. The room service did not come to do the bed on the last day. It was my first time in Valencia.

Great place, at 20' walking from the center of the town but buses are available in the neighbourhood. Restaurant with correct prices. Prices were (a little bit) lower than on webpages!

We stayed one night in Valencia at the end of a holiday on the Costa Blanca before flying home from Valencia airport. I'd recommend the Hesperia Parque if you are in a similar situation and coming to Valencia by car, simply becuase it is located right on the main access roads. So it's easy to get to from the south or from the airport, but still within walking distance of the city centre. You have to pay for the car park though. It's a good quality hotel for the price.

Very nice hotel, but once side faces a major junction and noisy (window didn't seal properly). Great location for the Fallas Festival,lots happening in the streets between it an the centre so something new every day/night on the walk to the centre. Also only short walk (3-5mins) to the local shops/cafes and large fruit/veg market if you prefer breakfast outside the hotel (coffee and croissant 2E versus 10-12E for hotel breakfast). Outside Fallas celebrations might be a bit out of main areas, (15-20 mins walk to old town, airport bus pick up and Science Park) But city buses are frequent and cheap 1.15E a trip.

We stayed only one night at Hesperia, but the hotel was great with beautiful and spacious rooms. The personnel was very helpful and very polite. We will stay again at this hotel.

Fabulous hotel, very clean with great facilities, sauna and gym. A little walk into the centre but well worth the money. The staff on arrival were particularly helpful. Made our stay in Valencia very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is also excellent!!

I booked 2 double rooms and on departure both rooms were charged for the mini bar when neither were used. The final price on the internet quoted Total price and yet the hotel then added VAT onto this. Unfortunatelky check out took a long time as I had to dicuss the over charge.

Hisperia Park is a modern hotel with impressive interior however it is situated in the worst part of Valencia, near the train station, and it is necessary to use taxis on an evening for safety reasons. We did enjoy our stay but wouldn't return.
