Hotel Confortel Aqua 4 - Valencia

Not enough employers, always line in the front desk, for a four star hotel is not acceptable.

The confort Aqua 4 was very confortable and amazing, the room were very nice and the location was excelent for our trip. I'll recommend it!

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. I was there for LasFallas. My stay was much better than when I was there For the New Year! Much friendlier staff! The woman at the reception who i recgonized from my last stay (who is always friendly) was extremely helpful! This is a great hotel! I guess you have to encounter the right people. I would like to know do I give feedback and is it taken seriously! or is it just for show? Anyway I had a great stay! and I will be back again in June!

Stayed for New Years eve. I haved stayed at the Confortel aqua 4 many times.Great hotel great location. Restauraunt staff was and is always very friendly. I have noticed that the service is starting to become less in some areas. My room was not cleaned because the house keeper wanted to go home. And it never fails every time I ask for extra towels i always have discuss why i want extra towels! it is a small problem but it is becoming an annoying one. I like this hotel, but when i go back in March for the Fallas I might try the Hilton! and they have room service at the Hilton!

We arrived on a Sunday night and there were a number of minor glitches, mostly about food availability, which became almost like Fawlty Towers by the end of the evening. But the minimal staff on duty did a magnificent job and none of the problems was serious. Do not expect room service or a good meal at the hotel on a Sunday night.

Bellissimo Hotel, nel mezzo di un centro commerciale a due passi dall'Oceanografico, dal porto e a 5 minuti di autobus dal centro di Valencia. Personale cordiale e preparato. Consigliatissimo

Le camere sono molto spaziose e moderne così come tutta la struttura nel suo complesso. L'albergo è ubicato nella zona nuova di Valencia, molto interessante, ma un pò fuori rispetto al centro storico. Di veramente negativo ho riscontrato solo l'incompetenza e la poca disponibilità del personale alla reception.

IL rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente! La posizione è eccelente, vicino alla città di Calatrava e collegata benissimo con il centro storico, il porto e l'aeroporto!

Great hotel....It can be a little tricky communicating with staff English not being the first language and spanish not being my first language. Only problem i encountered was when I asked for extra towels it became a very big issue! And that annoyed me. This is a great hotel with very good service I have stayed here several times and will be beck again this summer. Confortel keep up the good work!

the inside of hotel is nice, but the fact that the hotel reception is at the 4th floor makes it unconfortable the first time to unload baggage and to order a taxi.

L'albergo è molto bello e le camere sono più accoglienti di quanto sembra in fotografia. Ci sono ben 3 postazioni internet oltre la connessione WiFi e spazi di relax sia all'interno che all'aperto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono, tutti gli impiegati sono molto disponibili. Molto comodo se si vuole andare alla città della scienza e delle arti che si trova davanti ed era visibile dalla mia stanza. E' molto vicino (5 min) anche al porto e alla spiagga oltre che al centro città.

Splendido Albergo 4 stelle un pò fuori dal centro (un quarto d'ora a piedi o 4/5 euro di taxi) ma di fronte all'oceanografico/museo delle scienze e situato all'interno di un centro commerciale aperto fino a tarda notte. Estremamente soddisfatto per pulizia, confort e servizi (noleggio bici a 6 euro l'intera giornata!)

I have stayed at this location a few times, And in the past the service has not been that great. On my last visit it was perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel is great. I will be staying at this location again.....

free mini bar but no choise Tv is too small and poor in choise also ! The room is large but only one chair... The lobby and the restauarnt are very nice but very noisy, it's not confortable during the breakfast.

Very modern and confortable hotel, probably too big, with a relatively cold atmosfere.Far from the center of the town.

The hotel is just in the front of the Caltrava's works in Valencia, the musuem of art and sciense and the acquarium. Ther is a shopping center with restaurant very close to the hotel. Quite distant from city centre but taxi stop is close to the hotel.

The hotel is great, located on top of a shopping centre i expected some noise but it was sooooooooooooo quiet. The rooms are spacious and the free minibar is definitely a plus. Only thing the room was missing was a kettle.

Everything was fine.
