We are a young married couple. we went for a city break and found this hotel on venere.com. All in all, a great choice. The price we were offered was very good. Pay attention though, it does include only continental breakfast (some croissants and jam, coffee, tea). If you want to eat more serious food, there a buffet available for 3 extra euros. It's worth it, you even get sea fruit and vedgies. Also, you'll need a metro map, as you have to swuthc between 2 metro lines to get to the important attractions. As a minus, poor if no English at all at the hotel staff and many other places (restaurants, grand station). Try Italian, it worked in our case We recommend this hotel.

The more notorious is the room area because it's huge for a single or couple travelers. In fact the rooms are apartments without kitchen usually with 3 beds, 1 bathroom and, a livingroom. In fornt of the hotel there is a free parking area. In general, I recommend this if you have a car to the displacement between the touristic attractions in or around of the city and the hotel.

The number 62 bus from the center dropped me right at the door, however it was a 45 min. ride. The hotel was fine and the staff friendly and helpful.

Good value for money, although 15mins from City centre,well provided with cheap transport. Buses every 10 mins 1.25 euros, Metro even cheaper 3mins walk from hotel. We only had breakfast at hotel but plenty of variety. Outside a small Chinese restaurant,and 2 spanish bars within 50 metres. This was our first visit to Valencia, but will go again.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after midday.
Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the rooms not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Cots are subject to an extra charge of €10,00 plus VAT per night.
Use of the in-room safe costs €5,16 per day.
Small dogs are welcome at an extra charge of €9,00 per day.
Big dogs are welcome at an extra charge of €12,00 per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the card was not working, automatic, we will cancell the reservation. For 21th and 22th august, cancelations will be for the total amount of the reservations, 30 days before check-in. For the following dates: 9,10,11,12,13,14,25,26 june 5,6,7,8,9 september 5,6,7 november cancelations will be for the total amount of the reservations, 30 days before check-in.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
