I stayed in 2 different rooms. The difference was one room had a connecting door to make it a suite or something. You could heard everything of your neighbor; everything. Only copmplaint.

The terrace of the nearby bar La Maruja directly behind Torres de Serrano is an excellent place to enjoy some drinks and tapas.

Really wonderful hotel: 5 minutes walking from the stop of the metro and 5 minutes from the centre. The room was very nice and very fashion. Really no bad things to say. I will for sure come back there: unluckily we couldn't see the swimming pool 'cause it opens from may

Lovely hotel in a nice part of town, opposite the Turia Gardens and 100m from the Serrano Tower. 5 minutes from Old Town centre. We had a very stylish room with all mod cons and king-size bed. Only drawback was stylish but extremely shallow washbasin which was not particularly functional. Other than that, no complaints at all, would definitely return to this hotel if we go back to Valencia.

Really nice modern hotel, the spa on the roof terrace was just what we needed at the end of a long day sightseeing.

Could be a better breakfast. Not impressed. 10 euros for cakes and swetty cheese, not good. The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived. No soap, garbage left in the room. Very good location, nice people at the front desk, very helpful. The price is a little high

Cant believe how nice this hotel was. I think may be the best value for money iv ever had anywhere, Location was amazing. 5 mins walk from everywhere we wanted to be, yet so quiet at the same time. Im ashamed to say we managed to lie in till almost mid day one day. Im a very light sleeper so that says it all. The rooms were so stylish. Quite simple but an excellent example of what can be done with a bit of taste and quirk. We only had breakfast one day due to our schedule but it was amazing. In fact i dont think we had lunch that day as we were so stuffed. The staff were all lovely. and really clued up on the city. What my partner considers the sights really dont add up to most peoples hot spots but the staff pointed us in the right direction. And a reccomendation for dinner lead to one of the finest meals iv ever had. And the jacuzzi on the roof was just the icing on the cake. Private and relaxing. Thd perfect place to catch some sun after a days sightseeing. We will DEFINATELY be back to stay. In fact im almost scared to leave such a good review in case its full when we do go back.

The hotel is well located (city center) and well decorated (modern) BUT rooms are noisy (cars passing the whole night, noisy cleaning lady in corridors) and not very clean. There was dust on the mirrors and shelfs, there were white traces on the taps, and the daily cleaning was very very light. I don't think I would go back. The price is not expensive. I did not tried the breakfast. On the other hand, Valencia is wonderful and we spent a marvellous holliday visiting the city, having diner in excellent but not expensive restaurants, etc

It was our first time in Valencia: great hotel just 5 minutes walk from the center and 5 minutes walk to the tram station which takes you directly to the beach in about 20 minutes ride. The staff was very welcoming and there was an italian guy at the recetpion who helped us and provided us with helpful advices. The room we stayed for two nights was just lovely: very modern style as in the pictures shown in the website and very comfortable. Should I go back to Valencia I would definitely go back to Hotel del Carmen: a very good deal for price and quality.
