Beautiful place, beautiful surroundings. Service correct but anonymous. Prices very high at the bar near the pool and in the restaurant.

Cercavo una vacanza di assoluto riposo e tranquillità, ma negli spazi della piscina c'era una attività di animazione che disturbava; proprio non ho capito, e tra l'altro non era nemmeno segnalato, come si collocava tale attività nel contesto di un resort. Il prezzo richiesto è forse un po' elevato rispettto alla struttura ed ai servizi forniti.

We arrived to be told we had been upgraded! The website had booked us into an un-airconditioned apartment (news to us!) the reception staff had changed us to an air-conditioned hotel room more to our expections. Beautiful pool, nice rooms, wonderful views of majestic surrounding countryside, good hotel restaurant. Bonagia is v quiet - just 2 restaurants, one of which was closed the night we arrived (& was the reason we had booked)

We stayed only one night but it was a great stay. Staffs are friendly but quite professional, hotel facilities are very nice and fashionable. We could enjoyed Sicilian dishes near the hotel. We are young couples and enjoyed very much. I think this hotel is also good for families.

This hotel was actually one of the best we ever stayed in Sicily. The food was outstanding, especially the breakfast buffet. The staff was equally pleasant. The pool and swim area also was a wonderful surprise. The small town was quiet and charming. One additional asset was the tour provided to all hotel guests of the tonnara tower and museum. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and patient with our limited Italian language skills. The only drawback was the thinness of the walls. Using the bathroom was startling as I swore the noises I heard were my own, although I knew I wasn't the one singing in the shower at that given moment! Overall, the 3rd best I ever stayed in on the beautiful island of Sicily, after the Villa Ducale in Taormina and Giardino di Costanza in Mazara del Vallo.

Room was well appointed and spacious - although lacked light. Pool area and sea pier delightful. Very noisy one night when other guests arrived late.

la struttura e' stupenda i servizio dovrebbero migliorare tantissimo. La qualità del personale e' scarsa. A colazione nel bar dell'hotel 3 cornetti due cappuccini e un caffe' sono costati 25 Euro, un po' esagerati non vi pare?

toutes les prestations étaient à la hauteur de la catégorie de l'hotel, propreté, service, chambre. Je déconseille toutefois le restaurant (mauvais rapport quatité/prix), service médiocre et plats très moyens.

The location of this hotel was excellent, and its atmoshere was great also. But the dinner was not so good. It was my first time could not eat the dish in Italy. I hope its only me who could not eat its Lemon Pasta.

An high class hotel in most respects, but let down by the high level of noise in (some of)the rooms. Interesting that this was not traffic noise, but noise generated internally due to total lack of soundproofing. Noise from slammed doors, people passing by, lifts. If you insist on a room on the top floor and at the end of the corridor to avoid this noise - it is well worth it though.
