Small but nice hotel. Friendly and personal service. No elevator and minimal public areas indoors, resembles a home. Very clean indeed! Located in a peaceful residential area. Bus stop is pretty close; by bus less than 10 minutes to downtown area. De Admiraal may not be the best choice for people seeking nightlife, but I liked it a lot.

This hotel is a dream. The rooms are bright yet peaceful. Neigborhood quiet and beautiful. In walking distance of several bus stops. Owner is very helpful, friendly and goes out of his way to make hotel stay memorable. Accommodations better than in any expensive chain hotels. Happy hour in the garden in the evenings, little refrigerator full of surprises, and the nespresso machine in the room was exquisite. Beds are so compfortable and bathroom very adequate. Owner even changes the art in the room from time to time. Hated to leave! What a place.

An excellent small hotel with amiable and helpful proprietors. Situated in a quiet street, about 25 minutes walk from town centre or 5 minutes from bus-stop. Rooms have prospect of private garden at rear. Some noise from nearby railway.
