Everything was perfect. The room was spacious - actually better than the rooms looked on the website. I could not believe the level of service. The owner helped us book our bus ticket and then drove us to the bus station! It is a short walk to the town center. We looked out our hotel door and had panoramic views of Cappadocia. The tour that we booked picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel. It couldn't have been better.
