Only a little far from the centre of Urbino. In the evening the bus is every 40 minutes (quite long). The hotel is really nice and also the resaturant is very good and with an optimum level Price/quality.

A comfortable hotel with a very kind staff. Unfortunately no WiFi at room. Not easy to find if you are without GPS. The (independent) restaurant within the hotel's building offer tasty Italian meals at reasonable prices and with a friendly service. Warmly recommended.

We had dinner at the mamiani's giardino della galla restaurant: very good and cheap. Low quality breakfast, despite abundant, ordinary room's bathroom - I expected better quality in a 4star hotel. We needed to wear the jackets in the public areas. The price and the landscape out of the window were the best things.

This is a wondrous hotel, with the picture postcard views out of the window. Was very quite when we were there. Only problem is that it is a bit out of town, and slightly hard to find initially. Despite this, I think it is great value.

We stayed in this hotel within 03.05-04.05.2008. The hotel is located outskirts on the hills. The room is not large but very comfortable with wonderful view of green hills and small farms from the window. The room is very quite. It takes only 5 minutes to get the center of the town by car. This is excellent hotel for good rest.

This was very good value for the price, which was about half of what you would have to pay in other hotels in Urbino.

Overall an excellent hotel in a beautiful location. Most tranquil but with easy access by bus into Urbino. The restaurant attached to the hotel is independent of the hotel but has excellent food and service. The hotel's breakfast buffet was just OK but with terrible coffee. The breakfast personnel were not particularly amicable and seemed to resent being asked to make caffe lattes and seemed to think that we, as Americans, should be happy with insipid unpalatable Nescafe. But, again, all in all, a very nice stay at this hotel.

Albergo confortevole, pulitissimo con ampia camera con arredamento nuovo. Molto comodo al centro grazie al servizio bus-navetta a due passi. Parcheggio ampio e gratuito. Splendida veduta sulle colline di Urbino. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

We were wanting somewhere for an overnight stay near to Urbino. This was our first stay in this area and we were pleased with the hotel. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was extremely good with very friendly waiter service.

Stayed in deluxe room with a great view over the valley and distant mountains,it was worth asking for a room with a view. A very efficiently run hotel. Very quiet. A little out of town but with a bus stop just outside. Buses are fairly frequent but in the evening are only once an hour. Easy parking at the hotel.

Rooms were good size although the bathrooms need to be updated.... tub was little moldy looking. Although nonsmoking room was requested, room was not and obviously a spray was used heavily to try to disguise that which caused an allergic reaction..... It ws so thick you could hardly breathe. Desk staff was great. Restaurant was dreadful ( had one dinner there because we arrived late) unless you ordered pizza. Waiter was wonderful though. Should be a little more clear about proximity to center... bus runs every half hour but definitley not a walking route.

Easy to find thanks to signage. Excellent welcome from duty manager, Giacomo. Good English spoken and very friendly. Very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and other sights in Urbino. Great view from room. Artistic Cappuccini and good breakfast selection. Would definately stay here again.

The rooms were modern and very comfortable and the staff were very comfortable. The restaurant at the back of the hotel is very good and its manager is charming. The hotel is some distance from the centre of town, but for a luxurious, affordable stay we would definitely recommend it.
