Very friendly service and most of the staff spoke some English which helped considering the menu was completely in German. The glasses for our white wine were newly washed and still warm which did not help the wine retain its chill. Our room was comfortable but small and we could hear the family next door through the wall in the early part of the evening.

Hotel and rooms were ok. Pillows on the bed completely awful! One of the worst pillow i ever put my head. Take your pillow from home if you want sleep well.

Hotel Engel is in quaint Lehr, Germany ... need I say more??? That part was fabulous! My only complaint about the hotel is the lack of circulation of air in the room. Even with the window open the room was stuffy at night. In conjunction with that, due to the window being open, each of us awoke with a lot of bug bites. Lehr was wonderful. Ulm is close and great. Legoland is near enough and fabulous.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
