I were travelling single. The hotel is good but surrounding is not good. Prostitudes and drunk people are wondering around. However, I say that it is good generally.

Having regard to the good value for money is a great hotel. A short distance from the main roads. clean and excellent staff. Recommended to anyone other than women alone or in pairs.

Very good place to stay. Right next to the train station - very conveniant but a little seedy as areas around large stations are but very central. Chinese staff cannot speak english but bend over backwards to be as helpfull and polite and courteous as possible. At this price I would highly reccommend this hotel to anybody.

The hotel is very close to the central station and to several museums. You can leave the car in front of the hotel and walk directly in the center of the city.

For the price, it's very ugly, noisy, small. There are hotels near of this, better in quality and price. This is for the prostitutes than are around to the hotel. all the place smells of cigar.

The hotel is well situated, easy access to old town within walking distance, there is a place to park the car. One thing we didnt like in the room is that the balcony door doesnt close, there were 3 door for the balcony none of them could be closed, and the room was on the 2nd floor. The employees are very nice and helpful, but only one person speaks english and he's at night shift, but it wasn't a real problem we managed to understand each other after all. I recommend to book with this hotel.

Central for travelling by train (Porta Nuova) and other public transport. Bus from Turin Airport stops near to Hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. One of the few hotels in the area that offers triple rooms. Found the room very clean, but the whole hotel could do with a re-decorating.

I couldn't find a better hotel for this price and in this location, just 2 minutes walking from the central station Porta Nouva. However, the breakfast is very poor (coffee and Croissant) and the street is noisy at night. You need to close all windows to get some silence.

The room was clean and had a nice view. The water was cold in the shower, the toliet never stopped running and the curtains fell out of the wall onto the floor when I attempted to open them. The place was non-smoking, which wasn't helped by the ever smoking attendents.

Initial impression not good - particularly as we arrived late in the evening and the area is adjacent to the main station. Sleazy looking area, half of the hotel illuminated sign not illuninated - waste bins outside, room rather dingy and awful taste in decor, shower screen broken and ceiling paint flaking in bathroom, no shade on the table lamp and one of the electric sockets looked positively dangerous. However - sheets and towels were clean and were changed every other day and the room was cleaned daily Accepting the room rates( 240 euros for 4 nights)weecided the hotel offered quite good value and it is well located close to the main station, all bus services and almost across the road from the main shopping street and city squares. I'm not sure about the 3 star status!

in room 212, shower door completely broken and coming off the track. Smell of cold cigarette in the room, spider nets, walls in a very bad state in the bathroom due to humidity, hole in the bedsheets, broken wall plugs We were wondering why a *** hotel was so "cheap" compared to others but when we saw the state of the room, we understood! We mentioned all this to the receptionist.

Cheap price means poor place. This was the case but due more to the surroundings than the hotel itself. The room were ok ans looked cleaner than the corridors. The area is certainlynot suitable for a woman travelling alone.

I had been tempted by the blurb on the website and the pictures: they turned out to be too good to be true Although the accommodation did not detract from my enjoyment of Turin, this hotel is not somewhere I would go back to. We got off to a bad start when we opened the room to our door to find that the room had not been made up. There was a question over whether breakfast was included even though it stated so clearly on the booking. In the end, the staff relented and threw in breakfast at the cafe next door. There was not much in the way of facilites and noise levels were really high at all times. Not somewhere I would go back to, but not bad I guess if you are looking for a budget option. I guess I ought also to mention that the staff were as helpful and friendly as they could be given the language barrier.
