Double room at the 6th floor. Enough big. Bed very confortable ! A little bit noisy in the morning because room closed to the lift... Bathroom is nice except the water sometimes hot and sometimes cold, it changes by itself during the shower, and hair drier too old.

Cleanliness of the room was very good and also the spaciousness. Staff very polite and friendly. Not too far from the central station and the city centre. We enjoyed the pictures all located in the structure.

Welcoming and competence of all the employees is outstanding and makes feel at home. Room was small, but well cared in every detail, even the amenities in the room. Cappuccino in the morning was one of the best ones I ever had. Location is something out of the center area, but easy to reach by bus.

We were greeted with a smile, the room was nice, clean, and comfortable. We were on the front of the hotel and it was quiet. Breakfast was super--what a spread! Not only did we have the usual Italian breads, we had cereals, boiled eggs, fresh cheeses (several kinds), ham, coffee cakes, and a very good omelet! All was very fresh and very good! The hotel was about a 20 minute walk from the train station. The directions given to get to the hotel were for a car. Walking, exit the train station, turn left and walk until you find the hotel on the right side of the street.

the only comment would be that we were on the 9th floor and when having a shower, the water pressure varied between hot and cold, so the shower ran hot and cold.

It was my 2nd stay since 5 years. The inside was repainted, but I prefered the previous color. Because the colored inwall seemed too pop for me.

Torino has undergone great changes since the Olympics. The hotel Lancaster is off a very easy tramline to the historic center, and near several clubs. The hotel room was very spacious and clean. Actually - Amazingly spacious. The tram line and street could be considered loud, but didn't bother us. Wonderful stay, breakfast and amenities.

Good Hotel, excellent price/quality ratio. Good breakfast, nice common areas. Close to the University, far from the city center, but good public transport.

Il riscaldamento delle camere è troppo alto. Il servizio di colazione all'ora di punta (09.00) è insufficiente in quanto occorrerebbe più personale per la pulizia dei tavoli e il rifornimento delle vivande

Hotel Lancaster was one of the best stops on our trip. Torino is completely underrated as a travel destination, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, a true landmark piece of architecture (the Mole), and excellent hospitality. Hotel Lancaster was welcoming, quiet, pleasant, well-maintained, and a good value. We stayed here twice on our trip, once for two days, and again for one. Unfortunately, we were given a smoking room on the second stay, but no matter. Both rooms had a balcony with a great view South of the city. There are a few good restuarants nearby, and the hotel is within 15 minutes walking distance to the central Porta Nuova train station. It is quite a walk to downtown, but pleasant nonetheless. Staff was knowledgable, helpful, and polite, assisting us with lost luggage, sights, maps, and taxis. Definitely a repeat experience of good value.

Slightly out of the town centre, and not easy to find on their map. However, the hotel is close to a tram route which gives good access to the rest of Turin. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly, pointing out several local restaurants worth visiting. The breakfast was typical continental, with fresh fruit, meat and cheese - good quality and more than adequate

No está tan cerca de la estación de trenes ni del centro como aparace en el mapa. El rumbo es muy solitario como para caminar después de las 5 de la tarde. Había hoteles a mejor precio cerca del centro.

A pleasant surprise. Lovely, clean room. Easily accessible.Came back at various late hours during paralympics and felt quite safe on the street. Good location. Wonderful breakfast and service. Front desk helpful when needed and spoke good English. Bathroom door is a slider and so every sound could be heard, which was slightly annoying. Also, a bit hard to keep heat down, heater couldn't be turned off, so slept with window slightly open to street, but it wasn't that busy or noisy. Minor annoyances in an otherwise marvelous stay. Solid beds, small but not a problem. Room was tight but we weren't there to do much else but sleep. Internet access in lobby at 3E per hr was acceptable. Well located for public transportation. Good value. Heck, the delicious breakfast alone was a full meal.

It's a very nice hotel to live in, which is very close to the center of Turin. You can even walk to the central commercial area with relic old building arounded by feet. No.4, 16 and No.1 bus linking to the Lingotto conference hall are all convenient. The kind and hospitable waiters for free breakfast is another advantage of Lancaster Hotel appealing to the guests. All in one word I love this hotal, miniature but charming.
