Wifi signal was very weak in most areas of the hotel that you end up using the pc at the lobby, unless there is a queue to that. Breakfast was little and all in a hurry, due to overcrowding. Furniture needs to be changed, badly.

Staff was great, I forgot the suit in my room and they immediatley bring it down to catch me before check out. The hotel is in a very bad shape though. Rooms are quite old, bed had the wooden board under the mattress. One of the stuff accidentaly antered in my room at 6 o'clock in the morning. Location is very central.

Probably the worst accomodation in Turin even if it is a 3 stars hotel. I asked for a different room because the first one was very old and used. The second one had a better bathroom (i was very lucky for having a shower with a plastic box instead of a tent!!)

Nice, well presented hotel close to Porta Nuova train station. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was relatively small but serviceable for requirements and was good value for money. Would definately stay at the Italia again.

Since the shower pressure was the lowest one I have ever used, I could not warm my body well. The wall of the room entrance I used was also broken. The last day in the morning there was an electric powerdown, so that I could not drink hot drinks at all.

The only thing I was displeased with was that on Easter Sunday morning there was no hot water at 8 o´clock and that the roomn was often cold.
