Very scarce breakfast; personnel pretending not to see us; the bar was not well supplied; the airconditioner was not working, neither the fridge in the room. The third bed of this triple room was simply a mattress on the floor. Only one chair in the room that was a shoe box large. Not a nice experience.

Although the hotel was a good walk from the centre of Turin the bus service was excellent. The walk into the centre via the river was very nice. Hotel reception staff were excellent in providing information and spoke very good English.
