Hotel Chelsea - Turin

Hotel propre , literie superbe, très tranquille, accueil très agréable, et surtout hyper bien situé à 50 m de Piazza Castello - près de Office de tourisme, tramways et bus, palais, monuments et musées, rues du shopping - Garibaldi, Roma,; ; buffet de breakfeast très varié, et cuisine du restaurant très fraîche; et en plus un parking privé, et en plus...

The Chelsea is a gem. What is hard to tell from the maps is how centrally located it is. It is within easy walking distance of everything in the center of Torino.The staff is very welcoming and there is an abundance of tourist information available. While the furnishings are a little tired looking the place is clean and even my single was roomy. I ate one night in the hotel restaurant and it was quite good - a plus if you are tired and don't want to go searching. As one reviewer pointed out - there is no elevator.

Highly recommend this hotel for it's position, staff and nice rooms. Turin Egyptian Museum is famously fantastic and 5mins walk from hotel. Five mins walk also to the Duomo for the Turin Shroud. I was attending a football match and stayed overnight.

Perfect location in historical center with a couple of closed parking places , nice welcoming.

Lovely hotel. Quite, but close to everything. Staff were welcoming (even provided us with english language newspapers). Only issue is they would not accept American Express traveler's check (not uncommon in Italy) despite door plaque of "American Express Welcome".

This was our first time to stay at the Chelsea. We found the room to be spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and we enjoyed the meals we ate there. The location is perfect for visiting all the major sites. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

No lift for luggage. Clerk helped with carrying bags up two flights of stairs. Nice restaurant on lower level. Nice breakfast.

A nice small hotel convenient to tourist sites, businesses, and shopping. Even though on a busy street the room was very quiet due to double windows. The air conditioning was excellent. the only drawback is that there is no elevator. We would stay here again.

We found the Hotel Chelsea to be a delightful, small typical European hotel which was what we were looking for. It was very clean, the staff bent over backwards to please us and we found the small resturant attached to be one of our favorite meals during our visit. The food was superb in a typical Italian style and our wine was decanted at our table. We thought the location was good, slightly off the busy streets. We would definetly stay there again while visiting Torino in the future.

Nice room. Helpful and polite staff. I would stay again, however I would like to get a little better rate...I thought it was just a little expensive.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Hotel location is excellent to major sites and public transportation. We found the location of the hotel to be quiet and safe. The Hotel served a good and comprehensive breakfast. We very much enjoyed the fine food served by the Hotel's restaurant. We were very pleased and would stay at the Chelsea again.
