Excellent service and very good restaurant for our first stay in this hotel. Perhaps a bit too far away from the heart of the city center (25 mn by walk...)

This was very unique hotel. Eclectic decor. Excellent location - walking distance to city centre. Spacious public areas with inviting lounge. I would definitely return there.

I staied in Torino for a Congress at "Lingotto" (ten minutes far by taxi). I found Boston Art Hotel very comfortable, and all the employees very kind. I slept in a beautiful clean and quite room with a little terrace full of flowers. Good breakfast, with fresh fruit. Very good relationship between price/quality. I really reccomend it !

The staff was very nice. Lovely service in the bar and breakfast room. Decor is very original. Italy does such a good job of mixing the classic with the modern. My room was a bit dark but I could see it went with the cartoon theme. There was a lovely little terrace which must be very nice in summer. The restaurant for dinner was excellent. Both the food and the service just tops. This is a hotel that is a good choice for a young, hip clientele. I missed a bath tub (but then, I'm not necessarily young nor hip.)

I had booked a room into this hotel for they offered to be surrounded by beautiful art, including in the rooms; I was given a room that was not in the hotel per se. It was separated from the hotel, on the other side of the building, street level.we could hear street noise and especially a lot of opening and clothing of doors very early in the am. we had to unlock 4 doors to get to our bedroom. the bedroom was quite dusty. there was no art whatsoever in that room. the design was old fashion and not modern as per the way they portrayed the hotel on their website; at least the room we were in. it felt really awkward to be separated from the hotel itself. it was definitely not the experience I had expected. i could have rented a similar room in a better area for half the price. the room was very average and noisy. there was only a small roll of toilet paper, a few kleenex left in the box and had to wait the following day to have spare paper. I ended up arriving one night earlier that planned and spend oct 26 and oct 27 there. I ask to change room after the first night but was told the hotel was full and it was not possible. I then ask t at least be offered a reduction on the room fee given the circumstances and the bad experience I was having. But they refused; I am very disappointed with the Boston Hotel and unfortunately wont be able to recommend it. it is sad as I was very excited about this hotel and what they are offering or the idea of what they are offering. I hope I am one out of many that had such a bad experience, and that others had a great time at the Hotel like I wish I had.

This is a lovely hotel, as it should be for the price, and overall we enjoyed staying there. The public areas are very funky and the rooms individual and interesting. We have marked down the points here & there because the service was pretty lumpy, varying from the excellent to the poor. So, for example, the barman couldn't have been nicer; but we had to ask four mornings in succession to have the drainage from our shower fixed, and it took 2 days to replace a light bulb. One other gripe: the WiFi should be included in the room price - we were surprised to be asked to pay a supplement for this.

Nice design-hotel,full of feeling, in a typical residential quartier of Torino city (5-6 stores), easy to find by car, not far away from railwaystation (ca 1km) and the central city (3km). Parking 250m in a Garage (15€/day), very friendly personal at the reception and at the bar. Bus and Tram-station nearby to the central city and other directions. Only one modern restaurant next door. Very quiet quartier. Wlan possibel (payment) and internet with modern flatscreen TV (8€/day). Every room has it´s own fashion: oriental, modern art, pop art or plush american style, no room looks like a nother. But it could be possibel, that you live in a styl, you don`t like. Not every design is agreabel to ones elegance. Very noble bathroom in bright marmor. This Hotel separetes on purpose from the uniformic functional businnes hotels. Good continental breakfast with typical italien dolci and fruits. Cereals and very fine bread.

L'albergo è davvero bello, le stanze molto particolari e il personale molto gentile. L'unica pecca è la zona, un po' fuori rispetto al centro, prò è ben collegato con i mezzi.

Very nice hotel, a location with character. Recommendable to all the people who want to stay in a very friendly and pleasant hotel, not like all other impersonal hotels. Every room has a different thema. Living in this hotel is an extraordinary experience, like livin in a museum of modern art! The restaurant is very good and is managed very well by a young chef: the choice of particular dishes is very interesting and the relationship between price/quality is excellent.

The hotel as such was good and the location also. The only thing the staff could not tell us much about was public transport. Bus 14 leaves right around the corner and goes towards the centre. The design of the hotel is rather special - not bad but also not absolutely tasteful. However, for the price we paid it was good value.

A nice comfortable hotel, within easy reach of trams and buses to the centre of Turin (and beyond e.g. the number 15 tram went all the way to Superga where you can get the funicular railway to the Basilica on top of the hill. You should get a superb value Torino+Piemonte pass (20 Euros for 3 days) to allow free travel and entry to museums etc). I only ate breakfasts in the hotel. Other meals taken elsewhere (watch out for English menus being more expensive than the Italian version for the same item!!). Cases can be left in a secure locked room after check out. On TV, only channel in English was CNN.

First time to Turin. Picked this hotel from website pics and reviews and for location. Eclectic rooms. First one had pseudo-galvanized floor and steel rebar headboard, 2nd had huge Lichtenstien wall coverings. Finally upgraded a few Euro to junior suite with large tub and plenty of room. Except for one individual, the staff was cheerful and wonderfully helpful. Entertaining common space. Breakfast a little sparse but adequate. Highly recommended.

Please note that single (deluxe) rooms are quite similar to other businness hotel rooms: no artistic forniture, ecc. This was my case, maybe not all single rooms are so anonymous, even if clean and quite. Breakfast ok.

A very pleasant hotel, suprisingly quiet surroundings, and still within walking distance to the city center and the railway station. Artistic interior decoration in the public areas (quite colourful and exciting, actually, and unexpected). Rather small rooms. Very good breakfast.
