Atahotel Concord - Turin

Really poor quality. The bathroom was terrible.

We very much enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel. We received a warm welcome and were given an excellent spotlessly clean bath room, bed room and sitting room which we much appreciated.A local restaurant, two blocks away to the right on leaving the hotel,was recommended to us for dinner where we had a very good meal at a reasonable price. We had a more than satisfying breakfast brought to our room at the time we requested,which allowed us to leave to catch our train from the nearby station without any stress. This hotel is definitly run with the comfort of the guests paramount.We will certainly stay here again when the occasion arises and I definitely recommend it to any one else.

Very good location close to the main train station and also walking distance to the main attractions of the city. Nice staff.

Excellent situation, Staff competent International hotel but useful for the city

The hotel is near to the station, and the room is very comfortable. In addition, the hotel is suitable for business and sightseeing in the shopping area. Breakfast is splendid.

We stayed in Turin 2 days and the location of the hotel is ideal (it is very close to Railway Station Porta Nuova and to the city centre). Staff is very professional and kind, breakfast buffet is excellent: a wide range of choices between sweet and salty food. The room we had was clean and quiet; only the furniture was old (not like photos on website, but maybe it depends from the price). By the way we appreciate a lot our stay in Atahotel Concord.

Roughly, it is satisfactory. The room is clean, and the environment is good. However, a dissatisfied point is as follows me. 1.The InterNet is charged and high($18-22/24H). 2.Viking of the breakfast did not have the raw vegetable.

The hotel is a bit long in the tooth (shows its age a bit), but was a wonderful bargain. Very well located in the center of town. Walking distance to large number of restaurants and shops all around. Service was excellent. The breakfast was unremarkable (bland food, mediocre bread, machine produced juice). But considering that it was included in the price, it was part of a true bargain.

Hotel is very well located, rooms are quiet, breakfeast was not at all 4 star level. Tons of Kellogs stuff but only one sort of bread, only boiled eggs, empty plates not filled up etc. Summary: Good hotel but have breakfeast outside!

Exccellent very good experience at Hotel Atahotel Concord

The hotel is fine. Nothing bad but nothing perfect, though. Relatively small room with tiny balcony. Clean but a bit noisy because my window looked out on the street. Location is ok but rather far from The Mole Antonelliana. Absolutely nothing special. I paid 99 Euros. Could find better for this price.

Excellent hotel!The room was incredible.Actually, there is nothing to add-just excellent! I would recommend this hotel to everybody and we would always return! Spacious rooms,we had two balconies, marvellous bathroom, clean,quiet, just beautiful! The only problem was to reach the hotel because all streets around it were either closed or pedestrial zones;so we couldn´t get through easily.Even with a navigation system on board we were cruising around at least 30 minutes.In the end, we arrived and were surprised by the quality of this hotel. The other morning we enjoyed the best breakfast available in Italy-wow!

Definitely my favourite hotel (so far) in Torino. Via Lagrange is a beautiful street that is adjacent to via Roma, one of the main shopping streets. The rooms are beautiful and spacious (I like the parquet floor) and the bathrooms are large. No shower cubicle but a bath tub, which some people may not prefer. The breakfast room is large and the breakfast is very good and varied. The hotel is just opposite the train station. A perfect hotel for people travelling to Torino for work purposes but also couples on holiday.

The hotel was in the excellent location. Walking distance to the many of monuments you must see in Turin. Plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops are just around the corner. True 4 stars hotel; spacious and comfortable bedroom with a bit old-fashioned bathroom. The room also had many of amenities cotton tips, pads, scale and fluffy bathrobes. Our room #516 was the corner with beautiful view - Mole Antonelliana and Monte del Cappucini. Breakfast was more than excellent – enjoyed plenty of choices. We will use this hotel again.

The hotel is in the best location to tourist attraction and to the best shops. there are parking places near by. the staff were very halpfull. the room was very good and the breakfast was excelant

Hotel eccellente sia come ubicazione sia come struttura e servizi. Se dovessi tornare a Torino, alloggerei di nuovo presso questa struttura.

It's a great hotel, pretty close to Piazza Castelo (10 minutes walk) and trains station (3 minutes walk), with all the shops also in the surroundings. The room was amazing and so large, like few in Europe namely in Italy. The only downsize is some noise coming from the street, although in the end you really don't care about it because you just want to see this beautiful city... Parking is just on the back of the hotel around 20€ per day.

Ottimo hotel a pochi passi dal centro storico

The hotel location is excellent, it is in the center of Torino. The hotel accomodationand the employees were very kind, in particular a black hair girl at the reception!!!!

El hotel esta ubicado a 200 metros de la estacion de tren y a la vez vecino al centro de la ciudad y monumentos principales. Eso nos resultó sumamente cómodo. Solo hay que tener en cuenta que dicen que en un futuro proximo, la estacion de tren va a cambiar de lugar y la actual se va a convertir en un centro comercial. Nuestra habitación tenia balcon a la calle pero los alrededores son muy tranquilos. Muy recomendable , sin duda volveriamos a ir.

Very nice Hotel

A not luxurious but comfortable hotel only 200 mts away from the elegant Av.Roma. It has very spacious rooms just a little bit old-fashioned. Breakfast was also pretty good with a wide choice and the staff very friendly ensuring a pleasant stay.

This is a terrific hotel – a true four-star, business class hotel just a block from the train station and an easy walk to the Mole and the Egyptian Museum. For just 99 euros a night, we had a beautiful, large room with a good view and a sparkling clean marble bathroom, including tub. The room had all the amenities, from refrigerator and safe to fluffy robes and chocolates on our pillows at night. We were surprised to discover that the hotel restaurant is superb for dinner, and the breakfast was the best we’ve had in Italy. All the staff spoke good English and were pleasant and helpful. Our only complaint is that the internet was quite expensive – you could only buy 1 hour for 10 euros or 24 consecutive hours for 17 euros – but it worked well in the room.

Good breakfast, bathrooms were new and confortable, tv-programms only in italian, english and japanese(!) language, hotel is very close to the main station and the centre of turin, garage in the hotel. We recommend it.

A very good hotel for staying while visiting Turin

L'albergo era ottimo anche rispetto al prezzo ottenuto. Peccato che quando mi sono presentato alla reception non risultava una mia prenotazione. Fortunatamente erano disponibili ancora delle stanze. Inoltre, nelle paginje web di prenotazione è auspicabile inserire anche la possibilità di specificare la presenza di bambini per evnetuali culle.

Ottimo in tutto!! Vivamente consigliato.

I really like this hotel and would surely stay there again, the staff were great and the other guests were the most beautiful people in the world.

Le parking payant associé à l'hôtel est presque impracticable. Il sert uniquement pour laisser la voiture pendant la nuit.

Comfortable hotel in a central position, in house garage, clean spacious rooms, tasty buffet breakfast and very good prices. The service could be more friedly, but one can live with it. Nevertheless we would choose this hotel again.

Purtroppo sono costretta a segnalare un grave e sconveniente episodio che si è verificato nell'hotel, e che ha influenzato in maniera nettamente negativa il mio giudizio sulla struttura e sul servizio offertomi. Avevo deposito la mia valigia presso la stanza apposita dell'hotel, il giorno della partenza, affincheè la tenessero in custodia per qualche ora, fino alla mia partenza definitiva da torino. al mio rientro ho trovato il luvvhetto della valigia segato e la fotocamera digitiale che avevo lasciato dentro, era sparita. Si era verificato evidentemente un furto con scasso!!!! Ritengo che questi episodi non dovrebbero succedere in nessuna struttura albergiera, nè tanto meno in una struttura di 1° categoria, dove ci si aspetta un servizio impeccabile ed una professionalità superiore.
