We had a pleasant, very quiet individual room down a flight of stairs in the large garden. A good breakfast was served in a spacious room giving onto a verandah with great views. The hotel was inadequately signposted and rather difficult to find but was within a few minutes'walk of the centre, though not at night as the first stretch of narrow road was in complete darkness. Good value for the price.

This hotel would not be recommended on the grounds of lack of cleanliness versus its price. Nonetheless, staff was friendly and the surrounding garden was beautiful.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Our room was lovely, quiet and private, in garden surroundings. The staff were friendly and breakfast was very good. It was approx a 15 min. walk up from the town, with not much street lighting; other than this, we were very happy with our stay and would come here again.

This hotel was about 5 minutes from the station and 5 minutes from downtown Tropea - it was between the station and the town. We walked to the hotel from the station but, although their were signs it was a little confusing. This was probably due to the fact that the hotel is set in a garden with lots of trees and plants. The rooms were entered separately to the hotel and each room had a little terrace. The only problem was that the walk into and out of town at night was along a very dark road with some traffic. (We could have got a taxi for about €5).
