My friend and I were on a day trip to Trieste and after getting turned around for more than an hour we finally pulled up in front of this hotel. Everything was very polished and looked just as great as in the pictures. The bed was FANTASTIC (if u like firm) and i wish we were able to stay longer. the continental breakfast was excellent with a selection of cheeses, prosciutto, fruit, pastries, etc. the only down side was there was no on-site parking, so if you drive bring change in euros as you'll need to feed the meter between 8 am- 8 pm. Other than that, this was a posh, well appointed hotel that felt more like a condo than hotel. I would definitly return and book again through venere.com!
