The recently re-opened, remodeled classic hotel is top notch luxury all the way. No expense was spared and the hotel has returned to its original glory of days gone by. Nothing negative to review regarding this location. Do stay here if you visit Trieste.

Staff was friendly, rooms quite spacious with great view over the harbour. Furniture in the rooms and facilities have seen better days but kept clean. Perfect location in the center of Trieste, however parking is quite problematic (hotel offers a parking with shuttle service for € 20). Anyway, we had a great stay there and would definetely choose this hotel again in case we will travel again to Trieste.

This elegant hotel faces on the Trieste harbor. We were lucky to have a room with a balcony and a fanastic view. The hotel is centrally located and a short walking distance to central Trieste. Our was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lobby of the hotel is a bit sparse and could use some furniture for sitting and people watching. Overall it was a great deal and we would definitely return.

Splendid hotel in the heart of Trieste, that has seen its day. Good for tourists, business people. Nice rooms but not new and it shows.

There is no reserved parking for guests to the hotel so one has to compete with the locals for places in the street. We arrived on friday evening late and there wasn't a place within kilometers. Finally the hotel staff took my car to a parking which was a a bit away and cost me 20 euros a night. Not very satisfactory.

Excellent position within the city with easy access to everywhere. Parking costs €20 and a driver collects and delivers the car. The hotel *was* probably the best in Trieste but the lack of investment is clear and the rooms are looking old now. Poor beds, uncomfortable chairs and cig burns in the carpet but balanced by great sea views. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay unless your a same sex couple (we booked a double room but were told we had to stay in a twin room when we arrived).

From the A4 Venezia-Trieste highway, exit at Sistiana-Trieste centro and follow directions to the city centre or Trieste centro.

By train
The hotel is situated only 800 metres from the Stazione Centrale railway station and can be easliy reached by bus. Get off at the Riva del Mandracchio stop.

By airplane
The Ronchi dei Legionari Airport is around 35 km from the property, and is connected to the Stazione Centrale by bus.
