The hotel itself was really very nice, the stuff was competent and corteous, the room furnishing was very classy, the wellness area gave us a relaxing time and the breakfast was opulent and good. Only two little critical notes: the hotel is indeed next to a beautiful park, but the rest of the hotel surrounding is industrial area, and it is 30 minutes by feet to reach the city center 5 minutes it is by bus. The second point is, it was very loud in the morning. We came home quite late at about four in the night and wanted to have a sleep in, but about 7.30 some guy startet to cut the grass in front of our window, so the resting time was over. But I think that was only bad luck and overall I would totally recommend this hotel, for a classy and relaxing stay.

How to reach Nells Park Hotel
By carFrom Koblenz / Saarbrücken: take the A1 until Moseltaldreieck highway junction. There take A602 towards Trier, and exit at Trier-Verteilerkreis. Turn left and pass under the bridge until the roundabout, where you take the 3rd exit. After 50 meters/55 yards, turn right onto Dasbachstraße. The hotel is situated on the right side, after 150 meters/0.09 miles.
From Köln / Bitburg: take the B51 federal road, and at the Trier city signs, turn left, passing Kaiser-Wilhelm-Brücke Bridge. At the next traffic light, make a U-Turn towards the highway (Autobahn). Stay on Zurmaienerstraße for about 1.5 miles/2,5 km. After the Shell gas station, take the Trier-Verteilerkreis exit, and there take the 3rd exit. After 50 meters/55 yards turn right onto Dasbachstraße. The hotel is situated on the right side, after 150 meters/0.09 miles.
