Hotel Continental - Treviso

Nice old style hotel, you can smell the taste of 70-80's hotel style!!

Stayed for 5 nights. The en suite facilities included a shower, but no shower screen or facility to hold the shower head, which was inconvenient. All staff were very pleasant. It would be helpful if the hotel offered information as to what restaurants were available in Treviso as only breakfast is available in the hotel.

Although the hotel caters for business people, it suited our needs. It was a good base for visiting the Veneto, being very close to the railway station and the bus station. the breakfast is good (no hot food though). the staff on the desk were helpful. we visited Asolo by bus (a beautiful walled town) on the recommendation of the man on the desk.

The hotel is very good situated, just a few minutes to the centre of Treviso. It is an old building with much atmosphere and considering the age of the furniture it is very clean.

Everything I read on the website was exact. Superb location next to rail station but far enough so not to be disturbed by trains, minutes from town centre, news stand and bar with terrace One minute away.Hotel Continental sign on roof visible from front of train station.....no excuse if you can't find it ! Very friendly and helpful staff.No qualms about returning except that breakfast croissants were not very fresh.

This is a lovely and very welcoming hotel, and a good place to stay while visiting Venice. I was delighted with the service, especially when I was stuck because of a one-day train strike--which was happily resolved. And there are great nearby restaurants, such as Toni del Spin.

Very good hotel

Excellent location, within walking distance from city center. close to railway station and airport bus. Clean room with fine bathroom. Room nicely furnished but small. Unfortunately, there were no reading lamps. Simple Italian-style breakfast served in a nice room.

Second time at the Continental and I enjoyed it as much the first time. Lots of atmospehre and very nice staff. Absolutely excellent value for money. Three generations enjoyed it as much...

Perfect location and very clean. Although not abundant, breakfast is enough. Looks like it needs some modernising. Would def stay there again if they have internet access.

It does not correspond with the stars, this one got out of date. The bath is terrible. The very poor breakfast

Poor choice on breakfast for 4star hotel staff was no very friendly. we booked double bed, but had two beds pushed together

Old and clear 4 star hotel near central historic city. bar located at ground-floor barista is very friendly. we would like to stay again. we love Treviso City.

Room and particularly bathroom very spacious and nicely fitted out. Breakfast variety and quality of fruit could be improved

Good location, most of the staff helpful except for one dark haired younger man who was quite off hand was 'too busy' to help us with a query. It was also quite anoying that we could not get in to our room before 2 pm. We had a 6.15 am flight and really needed to rest. We walked about from about 11 am, returned to the hotel about 1.30 pm sat and waited in reception which was manned by same dark haired member of staff until 2.pm. at wich point we asked if the room was ready, only to find out that the room had been ready long before and he was 'too busy' to tell us.

It was an extremely convenient location, satisfying breakfast, very nice but not overly friendly concierges. It was extremely satisfying for the price. I stayed in a double room but paid for a single, so that was awesome. Took me half my trip to figure out how to open the window -once I did the light in the room was great even though I was just facing another building. The only noises I ever heard were from the street, not too noisy anyways.

Air-condition very noisy.

This is a comfortable hotel near the train station and airport bus stop. The room was plain but adequate and the breakfast good. noisy air conditioning and some noise from the street. Treviso was a delightful surprise, a beautiful town with lovely frescoes. Quieter than Venice.

We stayed one night as we were flying out from Treviso airport next morning. It was very convenient to the train station and the bus stop for the service bus (number 6) to the airport was almost outside the hotel. The hotel was very good value and we were happy with our stay

The hotel is very close to the train station and also to a lot of shops. Still it was quiet and charming, and I loved its old-fashioned look.

Treviso is a perfect stay when visiting Venezia.A very relaxing city with canals and exelent food. The hotel is situated close to the railwaystation and the bus-stop from the airfield

Our room was spacious. While the hotel was once beautiful, I thought it looked a little shabby for the price. With the train station just across the street, it is a great place to stay while visiting Venice.

This is not a 4 star hotel - we would rate it more a 2.5. Our "triple" room was more like a coridoor with 3 beds in it. Although hotel has some old world charm it feels very dated and jaded (or at least our room was!). Breakfast was a bit meagre and plain. However,worked well enough for a stop over for the RyanAir flight from Treviso. Not great value for money
