I rated the stay lower, in general, because the bed was not comfortable. The mattress is worn out.

Several issues: 1. breakfast very poor for cost of room and type of hotel. Food substandard, only ate breakfast once out of entire stay. 2. Bathroom with mildew in corners of shower. 3. Cleaning service crew left out sliding door wide open after they had cleaned. Contacted management, they said they would follow up, but never did. We never allowed cleaning staff in again. A/C rattled all night no matter what setting we placed it in. Hard to sleep. Overall, staff seemed understaffed and hurried or uninterested.

breakfast room was over flowing at 10am could use more room. nice meal there...2 staff people were there to help anyone...doesnt always work like that at other places. Rooms were nice decor was better than most... we would be back if we can get time off work.... this was our Honeymoon... nice beach, sunset was great, cool breeze, just loved the de-stressing of our life
